The Service was great. Very helpful staff. Alec Schmidt has a very compassionate approach to help and solve my problem. It was quick and efficient help. This is the best experience I ever had with Verizon. He made my day. Thank you so much Alec for your compassion and help.

This is by far my favorite Verizon store. Going to the phone store usually never goes as quickly as expected but Jacob made sure I was able to get my new iPhone 15 Pro as efficiently as possible- while still helping other customers! The amount of patience this man has is impressive! Coming here is worth the 30 minute drive. Thanks jacob!

It is refreshing to know that even someone learning his/her new position has patience, IS KIND, personable and a joy to speak with. This was Alec 100% of the time for both recent interactions I had while in the Verizon store. If he was unsure, he asked his manager for clarification! I will definitely return for any of my mobile phone needs. Way to go Alec!!!!!

Bethany was awesome! She assisted with every step of the process from helping to pick out cover to transferring everything and kept the phone exactly as the old phone was. I would highly recommend her to anyone for this process. She even explained different ways for us to save some additional funds on our plan and she even went out to my car and helped me set up my phone for my Bluetooth in my car.

Jacob made this process as enjoyable and painless as possible. He is informative and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel like I was being “sold” a phone and it was more like talking to a buddy about phones. He is funny and relaxed and absolutely knows his stuff both about phones and Verizon’s plans and payments. He helped us navigate a new plan, trading in an old phone, and purchasing a new phone. In the end, I ended up with better coverage for a cheaper monthly payment. This guy rocks!!!

Emily was such a help to me today and was able to answer all my questions. Not only that, she was so pleasant, patient and helpful unlike some of the people that worked here at the Bridgeville Verizon store a few years ago. She made my visit very enjoyable and particularly knowledgeable.

Bethany always helps me out! Every time I come in with my indecisiveness and new issue or swap out. We laugh she helps me and I always say... This is the last time! Everyone there is friendly and helpful. This is the best store to go to!

Bethany is amazing as always! With a phone crisis on my hands it was so nice to just be able to call and then come in within a 1/2 hour. I wasn't ready to purchase a new phone. Was very lucky she went through many steps to help remedy the issue. I'm very thankful to her and her team. They have great customer service and are dedicated to their customers. Multiple times I have gone there and they are so patient with their customers who don't understand their phones too. This says alot for their team!

Emily saved the day…. And saved us from leaving Verizon altogether! While looking to renegotiate our bill as well as upgrading and possibly purchasing devices, we were extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service and unwillingness of the staff at South Hills mall to work with our current plan and provide clear choices and explanations. Despite an active email from that morning stating we had eligible upgrades, they quoted our bill double what we are already paying, and stated we had no upgrade options other than full price. !! Truth be told at that moment we were about to leave Verizon altogether.
On a lark we stopped into this Verizon on our way home and were just BLOWN away not only by Emily’s friendliness but the time she took to work with us and helping us retool our plan (and let us know the upgrades and discounts available…as South Hills stated we had no upgrades or discounts available).
She made the whole process seamless… completely transparent with costs and explained the switch , upgrade, and new cost with the new Apple Watch we also ended up purchasing!
Verizon… hold on to this worker!!! She deserves the credit for you not losing 2 customers to a competitor!

Today I went to the Verizon store in Brodheadsville to fix my phone, when I tell you Larry was amazing as can be! I have never left a store with more of a smile on my face! Larry even compares to chuck and Amanda. I love my new iPhone 14 pro thanks to Larry. Check it out!
