my husband and I had a delightful experience yesterday working with Darren at the Wilkins retail outlet to transfer to T-Mobile and replace a phone. Darren was attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable, as well as being in good spirits despite our being the last customers of the day and having to stay after the store closed to be sure to cover all our questions. We are saving significantly over the last carrier we used and very happy with the 'geek desk!' Thanks Darren!

The manager monte worked so hard to get my issue addressed. I'm glad i switched & this store specifically is my go to place for any issues etc or positive things too. The team is very attentive & helpful you are noticed & addressed quickly everyone is friendly & they work hard to make sure their customer is 😊 happy & situated

The five stars is for Josh. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His customer service is outstanding. However, the other employees need a lesson in customer service including the manager. While Josh was helping me I witnessed inappropriate behavior and conversations on the sales floor.

Every T-mobile store I go to gives me a great experience. Always respectful and light hearted. I feel valued and walk away happy. Always very clean as well. This store was no different. The people behind the company is why i will never go anywhere else for cellular s access. Keep smiling guys, it's contagious!

@sprint I stopped in for a glass replacement. Galaxy
S10+. The staff were super polite and were able to fix my phone fast. I'm so thankful that I have chosen Sprint 🏃‍♂. Thanks again. Your all amazing and hope you get to see this post. It was the first place I've visited since the reopen. All employees were following the guidelines to still provide their amazing service.

Josh was amazing he was super polite and made sure I left with my phone happy to my liking. Took his time I was not rushed and answered all my questions. T mobile Tuesday gift was also a blast as well. Thanks!

JOSH and my wife convinced me the service was top notch and we would save big $$$$ with my military discount so i went for it (altho i HATE change)...he answered a million of our questions and so far so good....pretty happy with the swich...

Matt K. Is the Service technician that I've dealt with and he is absolutely amazing he took care of my screen repair in less than 40 mins and gave excellent customer service! Matt K. truly is a key asset to your team and should be highly recognized by all. The next time I need absolutely anything, this is the store I will be visiting, please thank Matt for his hard work and tell him to keep it up!

Visited about a week ago to get my phone repaired. At first, I was told that my phone would be ineligible for a repair but the store manager personally assisted me throughout the process to make sure that I would get my phone repaired that same day.

Incredible service at this location! In the future, this is the only Sprint location that I will visit!

I've been going to this Sprint location since 2008, and have yet to have a bad experience. There have been a few bumps/misunderstanfing, but the staff has always made good to keep a customer. The repair service is great, occasionally there is a wait to be acknowledged walking in the door which needs worked on. Device options are plentiful, staff is knowledgable and helpful, prices are unfortunately controlled by corporate. I do recommend this location over most in the area.

I am completely impressed at the big turn around. A few yrs ago going to any Sprint store, but this one especially sucked! I avoided them at all costs. The svc i got here was rude, i was here longer than the Dr office & they never fixed anything. I had to go down last month and there was a greeter at the greeting station who entered me in the system. I was seen in a timely manner. They had to keep my phone, but it was really repaired when I picked it up. Pick up was just as smooth. Everyone knew what they were doing, what they were talking about anf had a great attitude!!

Each time I visit the sprint store I work with Jerome. He takes his time to work with you until you leave the store. Each time he exceeds my expectations, which makes my visit a very productive and pleasant visit! Thanks sprint for a delightful, motivated, enegictic employee!!!!

I just had my phone repaired at this location (cracked iPhone 7 screen). Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had to have my phone repaired before and I'm so grateful that it was a quick and efficient process. Thanks so much, Joe!

I had went into the Monroeville Sprint store on Feb 13 2020. The Sales Consultant’s name was Clinton McFarland, he was by far the most personable, helpful Sale Consultant that I had ever dealt with in 12 years I have been on my on plan. He made sure that I was aware of all the current promotions that they had available on both the iPhone and Android network. He explained to me in thorough detail all the questions I had about switching to an iPhone from a android device. Clinton has made this dreadful experience of switching cell phones to a very positive one. Thank you Clinton.

Jerome was our sales guy bringing over a line from the V carrier. He was absolutely great. Listened to what we want and need, explained all our options clearly, made sure we understood everything up front and was very patient and friendly.

I came to the store after refusing to come here ever again. Today I didn't have a choice. It's not that I hated the store. It was always to busy. That's why I gave it 3 stars more than a year ago.

Darris was my sales agent today. Not only did he solve my problem. He took the time to make sure I'm getting the most out of my plan. When you go here ask for Darris. He's worth the wait.

Came to get my phone fixed. They said it would take about an hr but only took 30mins. Then they waived the fee because I had to wait in line for more than 10min to pay. Extremely happy with my experience

Excellent customer service. Definitely better than the Sprint store located in my area. It is also a repair shop so that makes it more convenient. Waits are never long even though they get really busy.
