One of my favorite places to shop hands down, what can I say , they have it all for home needs , what I really love is there oops paints a gallon goes for 9.99 , just don’t try to get a white, you will not find one, if your lucky you may find an off white but unlikely, employees probably snag that up for themselves. Don’t quote me on that!!! Just saying lol

Had trouble finding a product today and Maria (young girl with an accent) went out of her way to help me track it down. She was personable, professional and sweet. Fantastic customer service. We finally found it after 20 min it was somewhere other than what her computer was saying. She never gave up! Love her!!!

My local Depot, just stepping into this store seems like an adventure, as the fresh lumber smell permeates the entire place. Never at a lack of any supply for home improvement and gardening items, the Home Depot is where I shop for those demands.

Incredible team here. Their plumbing associate (Christian?) was super knowledgeable and helped me figure out a really tricky shower problem. And Jason back in the roofing area talked me out of taking some dangerous shortcuts with my attic insulation. I really can't express how grateful I am to these guys, and the entire store. Very courteous, professional, and above all helpful.

I’m a new landlord and I have been frequenting HD more often now than ever before. I appreciate the effort the employees put in to lead me in the right direction to products and services I need for my rental. The manager Mark at this location is friendly, helpful and displays excellent customer service.

The Home Depot store in East Liberty has never let me down for the home improvement materials i've needed. Parking is ample and the store staff is very helpful whenever I needed to ask a question. Maybe a little sandwich shop or kiosk could be added. There's enough room in that giant building.

Stopped at the Wilkins location. Asked an employee if anyone worked on small yard tools, Bob said “that’s me!” He diagnosed my weed whacker problem , fixed it AND taught me how to load the string without taking it apart! I loved his Hawaiian shirt, straw hat, work ethic and amazing attitude! Kudos to Bob for the great customer service!

I love Home Depot, usually I need something when I go, but I enjoy just going through much of the store just to look, especially the garden shop. Employees are always very helpful.

You can always find what you're looking for at Home Depot. I bought a pre made steps frame and it worked out great.

I found a 4 foot, healthy money tree (pachira aquata- hope I spelled that right LOL), sold in a 10inch grow pot, with 6 THICK trunks beautifully braided. Truly braided too, as you can see, not twisted or bunched together and sold as braided, which is a rarity as we collectors know. Usually it will SAY braided and be the farthest from braided you've ever seen. Sooo happy to be the one to have been blessed with this amazingly lucky find! I only paid $29 bucks too! If you were to get this exact tree on etsy or in most nurseries? It would have been priced anywhere from $150-$250 EASY! The picture speaks for itself (this was taken after I trimmed the leaves to encourage new growth for spring, it had a full canopy of leaves, some broken during (Im assuming shipment), but that's 100% norm!! Excellent quality!! I must include that when I transplanted it to its new pot, it did have snails on the roots. Easy fix though, and gone now with minimal effort!! Still WAYYYY worth it!

Today I went to return an air conditioner because I thought that a part was missing. And associate there named Faith actually took her time to show me how to assemble It the correct way. It felt amazing to finally meet someone that is actually genuinely kind and helpful whose job is dealing with the public. I'm going to make this Home Depot my "go-to" store for now on!!!

This is my favorite Home Depot location and store. Usuallyhave pretty good employees, but it's always hard to find, so I try not to fault them for it. This is a bigger store than most Home depots around, so they have more isles and stuff to choose from

Great selection of spray paint. The lady at the checkout was really helpful and was genuinely interested and helping me find the answer to my question. Definitely an asset to the store.

This home depot is excellent. The people who work here are extremely nice and helpful, always. Today Eric Frazier went above and beyond to help me with a return, the customer service went above and beyond. Thank you for having such amazing staff and management!

Went to this location for the first time today to look at flooring for our new home. Bryan approached us and asked a few questions about what we were looking for, size of the project , etc. He was able to help us find a product that better fit our needs than what we were looking at, and had a wealth of knowledge on the subject. He was very helpful, explained things extremely well, and was not at all pushing for us to make a decision/buy anything today. Bryan was by far the most friendly and knowledgeable Home Depot employee I’ve ever spoken with. I would definitely recommend this location, and if you can find Bryan to help you even better.

This is a great place price for keying locks, and getting needy things for your home goods.

This store was very organized and clean. I was mostly surprised that the store was fully staffed, especially during the pandemic. I interacted with 5 different staff members and all of them were friendly, helpful, and kind. The team was so welcoming (but not overbearing) and I had a wonderful shopping experience. This is my new favorite HD location!

$8 plain real wreaths. Gotta love it. Their employees know their stuff and advised me against getting rock salt because I have a concrete driveway. Had me get different snowmelt to avoid the erosion.

My family has been long-time customers of this HD store. The service is impeccable. We had an issue with a major purchase. I called the store. The process is to refer to corporate given the length of time and other factors. For months I called and tried to get assistance to no avail. I called back to HD for assistance. The manager that I originally spoke to was no longer there. I met a wonderful manager, Eric, who truly cared. He picked up the issue and worked so long and so hard to rectify the issue amicably. He called and kept us updated. He always followed up on things. He and the Steves did an amazing job. They all are a true asset to not only the store and corporation, but also to their customers and surrounding communities. They are the type of people and store that we will always patronize. Fair, respectful, helpful, talented and just all around good people. I have tried other stores/competitors to see and I always go back to HD. there is no comparison…..they are exceptional!
