LOVE this UPS Store in Manlius, NY ---it's my home away from home. I go out of my way to use this location. Very nice owners and staff, always a smile when I go in there. They get busy but are good at acknowledging you and any delay when you arrive. I do a lot of copying there so have gotten to know them pretty well and have become so spoiled with their level of customer service that I don't like to go anywhere else.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the amazing team at this store. This is simply the *best* team, going way above and beyond in customer service.

I walked in 5 minutes before the store was supposed to close on a Wednesday evening, with an urgent/time sensitive delivery item (tradeshow booth). I thought it was going to be a simple delivery - but it wasn’t. Because the size of the items and the warehouse they were being shipped to, they couldn’t guarantee a delivery by the end of day Friday - even if it was sent overnight. The truck had already left for the night - so while the expected delivery was Friday, the system couldn’t guarantee it 1) Because there was no time cushion, and 2) It was being delivered to a warehouse instead of a residential address. They *sprung* into action. They called their driver, asked if he could make a special trip back to the store, and told me that even if he couldn’t, they would personally drive it to their hub that night. On top of that, the hard cases for the booths weren’t going to work (they were poorly designed), so they had to stuff the three soft shell cases into boxes - all within 15 minutes so the driver would do the pickup. In the end, we made it - the driver came back, the boxes were picked up, and my heart attack subsided.

I was visiting upstate New York last week and wanted to ship an antique radio that belonged to my Grandfather probably close to 100 years ago to my permanent residence in Florida. I actually contacted the UPS store in Manlius ahead of my trip to ask if they did such a thing and was told over the phone that they did, and was given an approximate price. We brought the radio in and was promptly greeted by a very helpful employee by the name of Vicki. She took all the measurements, consulted with some co-workers on best way to properly ship. The owner Parul was all so on hand to consult. The price that I was quoted initially actually was a little bit higher so I was very pleased with the final pricing. I received the radio within about 5 days and it was in perfect condition and they took such good care to wrap it and put it in an appropriate box so that nothing would get damaged. I can't thank them enough for taking care of such a cherished family Heirloom, and for their friendly and kind attention.

I was returning an item to Amazon. I handed over the bag, she scanned the code on my phone, a receipt was printed and I was out the door. On the way home, Amazon text that my refund was being sent.

This UPS store has the absolute kindest staff I have ever met in customer service. They helped me print tickets that I needed for an overseas concert and made sure they were able to do it for me. I will only be using this location as I’ve never met a kinder and more reliable team. Thank you so much for your help everyone.

This UPS store consistently has THE BEST customer service AND best pricing I have found! They make sure nobody is ever waiting in line if they can help it and they always go above and beyond to make sure they’re doing everything they can to help and to save me money. Highly recommend this UPS store!!

We always have great experiences with the entire team at the Manlius UPS Store. Great team, friendly staff, etc. Mark has taken the time to learn the names of my kids and is always super friendly and helpful. We love these guys! They can sometimes be a little bit busy if you come near the end of the day (4-5 PM), but they always make time for their customers.

I'm not really sure why anyone would have a negative review for this UPS store. I've been to a lot of them and this is by far the easiest one I've ever worked with.

We had the store ship a chair to California. It was a family chair and very delicate, so we worried about damage. Well, it was packed beautifully and arrived safely. The manager packed it herself and my family said she was wonderful to work with. The pricing was fair and it was just what she quoted us. But the main point is that they took really good care of the chair and ensured it would make the cross country trip safely. We really appreciate that!

They helped me in a pinch for a last minute request. Great customer service!

My wife and I had some taxidermy shipped down to Florida from the store. The girls took utmost care in Packaging the raccoon. It arrived in Florida and it didn’t even lose a hair. They did a phenomenal job and we’re very nice and explaining why they wrapped it the way they did. I know it was a challenge for them however they went above and beyond to ensure the package arrived unblemished

Store 1180 has been great at keeping me informed of status of shipping, explaining some of the things I didn't understand such as shipping to Canada where I'm located. They have been very patient although I must have been a huge nuisance (sorry Vicki) and even then, she was very patient with me. I would do business with them any time : ) I'd give them 6 stars only the most are 5.

The Manlius UPS is fantastic! Each and every time I walk in there (usually weekly) I am greeted in a warm and welcoming mannor. They are very professional, exhibit wonderful customer service and do a great job. Highly recommend using this UPS location!

Mr. Dragevich could not be further from correct. Our store attempted to transfer his mailbox for FREE to any of the remaining 10 stores in the area. Due to the fact that he became unprofessional and threatening we no longer returned his calls and referred him directly to UPS Corporate....some people just cannot be helped in a way that will satisfy them.

This is the greatest UPS store I’ve ever used. Parul is so helpful and always has a smile and nice words. Top notch!

If you need printing, shipping etc. done I reccomend coming here! The staff is amazing, friendly and so helpful! I literally drive by other locations to come here! Manlius UPS is where to go!
