Hannah has been most helpful in the pharmacy. I choose this pharmacy over any others mainly because of Hannah’s expertise. Also, Ben is the best. Thank you

I just went onto this website to check into guidelines on what latest COVID vac. to book and when in relation take it to my flu shot and saw the reviews section. I thought I should leave one to comment on the excellent care I receive and was astounded there was negative reviews. I have been fortunate to have found this Rite Aid at Polly Drummond.I pass by 2 other Rite Aids to work with Ben (Pharmacist and Hana also in the Pharmacy. My insurance had me (+/or) y grandchildren) going to Walgreens or CVS and sometimes more than 1 at the same time) to fill our multitude of medications. We also have a many OTC meds we are required to take (Salt tabs for POTS, Colace, Metamucil, and MANY, MANY more). I remain at this Rite Aid because of Ben and Hana! They help me work with the insurance companies and their outrageous rules (prior auth every 6 monthe this year when it was every year before.Then rules changed as they turn different ages from 18 to 21 with the insurance companies. They are so patient, kind, helpful and caring and try to guide me. i have 3 special needs grandchildren that are amazing and they recognize them by name and always ask about them.

I absolutely LOVE Rite Aide Polly Drummond Store and the Pharmacy !! My son and I have been going to Rite Aide Polly Drummond for 13 years !! And we have been treated like family !! I have had to get a lot prescriptions over last 13 yrs for my son and myself and they have ALWAYS been loving and gone out their way to help us !!We feel blessed to have Rite Aide Polly Drummond right across the street from us !!! They have called doctors , insurance companies , and gone above beyond to help me & my son and I !! The pharmacist and staff go out of their way to help us and they are sooo wonderful !! Also the staff and cashiers in the store are loving and helpful !! They are absolute blessing to us !! In the pharmacy have asked Ben & Paul < retired > Hannah ,the new pharmacist and others for advice on how to remedy certain health issues and they know MORE than the doctors !!! And Ben is always reminding me to get a flu shot !! They are our second family !!! They are absolutely wonderful !! <3

I have been shopping at this location for many years. The store is very clean and well stocked. The people at the register and in the store have always been friendly and very helpful whenever I asked a question. If they did not have enough of an item to get the BOGO sales item they would adjust the price on those on the shelf to reflect the sales offer. If the cashier was backed up they always called for additional help to move the line along. The pharmcists were very knowledgeable have always gone out of their way to answer any questions I had and expedite my prescriptions.I would especially like to thank Bob, Varsha, Angel and Heather for their friendliness and help.

Love this store. There is a Walgreens right next to my house, but I prefer to drive the extra few minutes to this Riteaid. Staff is friendly and helpful and my products are usually in stock. The pharmacists and staff are always professional and super nice. I won't go anywhere else.

Great customer service all around. The Pharmacy techs are helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you save money on scripts.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I go here to pick up my sister's medicine and I love how they know who I am when I walk in!

Just move close by last year and have been so delighted by the service. We were not used to it after our past experiences at our other pharmacy.

Great Experience Found Everything I Needed.. Whose The Sexy Lady That Always Answers The Phone. She has to be in her 20s. Made My Visit Alot Better

This Rite Aid is a quarter a mile from my house. Instead of going here for my usual drug store purchases, I've given up and decided I'm going to just go to the CVS that's 2 miles up the road!

If that doesn't tell you anything about this Rite Aid then let me be more descriptive. For starters, if you're someone who still physically goes to work these days you have to mentally note that this drug store doesn't open until 8am. The pharmacy never opens until 9. Worked Sunday? Better give up because the store opens at 9am and closes at 6P. The CVS reliably opens up 7a-10p everyday, making it much easier to get to if you have an early start or get off late.

As for the physical location, this Rite Aid is trapped in the early 2000's. It's dingy, poorly lit, and has obviously seen better days. I think the only thing that looks more distressed than the building are the staff themselves. Nice enough people, but you can tell that every single one of them would rather be somewhere else, doing anything but working the purgatory that is the Rite Aid of Polly Drummond Shopping Center.

And the prices? Better everywhere else. I hate driving 2 miles out of the way, but this Rite Aid convinced me to start doing that all myself.

I only noticed this since I had surgery …. There are ONLY 2 handicap parking spots .. in front for such a large busy place …This is a major issue most is parking is across the parking lot , with cars entering an exiting the center . I waited for 20 min to get a spot near the front , did not want to run over by idiots looking at their phones.

I’m new to the neighborhood, so I’m still getting used to the shopping area. But when I went in to this Rite Aid, I was straight up ignored by the cashier.

She was READING A BOOK and walking back and forth behind the register. I stood there and waited for her to even look at me.

When she finally did, I kindly for change for $2 and she refused to do so. I understand they aren’t required to do so, but the way I was ignored then refused I found very disrespectful. As a former cashier myself, I would never treat a customer that way. Retail employees really are rude.

Was just in to grab some snacks and vitamins for my S/O and the prices were buy 1 get 1 50% equal or lesser value, well we put in our wellness card phone number and they didn’t end up coming up as on sale in the system. We questioned the cashier and informed her that our one item should have come up as 50% off as it was in the section and both products had the tag that said buy one get one 50% off, equal or lesser value. Neither items went on sale. The cashier called for the manager and the manager just said give them 25% off. Well that’s not what your sale said. We were holding up the line behind us and the cashier was by herself and we didn’t want to take up any more of her time so we took the 25% off and left but will not be returning to rite aid as the manager didn’t make any effort into going and checking for the sale. She didn’t walk the 100ft it would have taken to go and check to give us that 50% discount that was advertised. Very disappointed at the way it was handled and we didn’t want to make a stink in the store, hence the review.

The staff here are the slowest. Every time I go in here you have to wait forever to checkout. It seems like they are prone to doing other things. I’ve went to other Rite Aides in the area and you get checked out in a timely manner. This is a every time I go there so it’s not a busy thing.

When everyone else can do something, and you can't... That's incompetence, ignorance, stupidity, or laziness... You decide.

Horrible experience. Staff is incapable of the most basic of customer service.
