Best Walgreens in town! Great group of long time employees there that always greet me. Very friendly crew. Recently they became a Fed Ex drop off point, and that is a real convenience to me. The Pharmacy staff is also great. They also do photos there.

It's Friday 9:30am on Dec 23, 2022.
My husband has been waiting in line for 45 m to pick up my prescription for chronic pain. Unbelievably the Pharmacist has called off so the pharmacy is CLOSED! They are VERY already closed on Christmas eve & Christmas day & I neeed my prescription. Because it is a controlled substance it can't be transferred, it must be resent by my doctor... I tried to pick it up last night but when I got there at 5:30 the drive up window was closed with a note that you must go inside. It was pouring rain & I had to be somewhere by 6pm & l knew there was going to be a long line- so I decided I would get it the next day...This Walgreens used to be so reliable & so professional. Now the staff is 50% professional & 50% aggravating! To be completely fair, there is a few very professional employees - but unfortunately the bad apples ruin it for them. This is just one incident but there are so many more...I could go on & on..

Called the Pike Creek store, 2X both times on hold for 20 minutes then never got to speak to anyone. If you are that short staffed I understand. I have always used Walgreens for my prescription, except for a short time when I had another insurance I had to use Rite Aid. Perhaps it's time for me to return the that store!

Well there is one line for drop off and pickup..... there are 3 workers usally always behind the counter...... to drop off it can take 10 min....but wait it gets better they CLOSE the pharmacy from 130 pm to 2 pm ?? For lunch REALLLY......
Is this a DE thing ??? Sooo if you doing this on your break beware..... LOL unreal .......UPDATE. SATURDAY 28TH PHARMACY IS CLOSED. THIS STATE IS A JOKE ...... THEY is a shortage of pharmacist well guess what MY PRESCRIPTIONS were FILLED you should have a technician there to give people their medication thank you. very much!!!! never coming back here again WHAT A JOKE what happens when its life threatening ?? And you DIE on the way to the ER ..... ??? Oh well Ppl dont go here go to rite aid down the road...

They mentioned that they can take passport photo on the phone, When we went to the store employer said they can't take photos now. What changed within 5 minutes, I don't know. The employee was so rude.

Pharmacy never has certain medications in stock. The old man pharmacist with the white hair, bald and with glasses is very rude and unsympathetic when you run out of your medicine and they don’t have it in stock.

Closed at night, closed on weekends, today it was just closed. Claims it will open on Christmas Eve. Right. Do yourself a favor and go to an alternate pharmacy chain.

Save your time and energy and go to another location.

Never get any icecream from here they're always freezer burnt especially the Ben n Jerry's
