I had a good experience here myself. The manager (I believe her name is Ms. Tammy) was very helpful and nice. It's much better than the cottage hill location.

Chy (dont think i spelled her name right) on Springhill Rd is always great with helping in any way she can. This store has the best customer service ive seen in a while. Will revisit this store again...

Great reasonable prices on Citi Trends clothes...Although a few of the employees needs customer service etiquette classes I still love to shop there because its a great place to get name brand clothes for very cheap prices.......
