You gotta love Home Depot right? But to find someone who has that approachable face in order to ask a question, give you advice or show you where something is? Very uncommon

I always have a great experience when I go inside the store. I took back 2 TV stands and they couldn't find my order. The Supervisor Angie came down and was very helpful. She was able to look up the order through a different system and refund me the $459. I appreciate the supervisor for her due diligence at her courteousness even though I was a little upset and my body language was negative. Thank you Angie for maintaining your professionalism and respectful demeanor! :-)

My experience was great today. Fernando from appliances was the most helpful employee I've ever encountered! He even interacted with my four year old granddaughter. He went above and beyond for my satisfaction after dealing with online stress all morning. My granddaughter was super excited when we went to the Christmas section they have everything you could imagine. Checking out wasn't bad either. My cashier didn't know how to help me with what I needed but she got very knowledgeable help very quickly! And parking isn't bad at all.

Well it has gotten better since my last experience with purchasing my washer and dryer that took over 6mo to get. I still frequent this location from time to time and today I was helped pleasantly without hesitation. I wasn't given any attitude with answering my questions nor made to feel like they were dumb questions like my last visit. I hope they continue this upward customer service climb.
