A few weeks before my last visit to the store I bought three games and I didn't like them, or I wasn't satisfied with them. I brought them back a week later and I had no problem getting my cash back. After that I purchased a few more games. I give them three thumbs up for their service.

Had a good experience wasn't a hassle to return. Place looked clean. Customer service/ employees were nice no issues on my end.

Best thing ever for a smart gamer. I like to purchase a game and earn points. When I complete the game, I can trade it for another game and earn more points towards free stuff. Beats being stuck with downloads that have no value other than taking up storage space.

They are all so helpful and any questions you may have they answer for you! They also explain anything you don't understand very great customer service!!👍

I go to this store in particular very often. Most of the time they are pretty quick, but there are days that they are understaffed. I just go for pre-order pick ups and midnight releases, and I have always had a great time. The staff is very friendly and always a blast to talk to.
