Big Lots

There's nothing wrong with this market and I may come again. It's a bit similar to Target or Walmart, carrying groceries and household items. Navigating through this market is very easy and you'll find a lot of great deals. The employees are friendly, and the checkout process is no fuss.

They didn't have what I wanted but that was okay somehow. I started renovating my house mentally and roamed the aisles for ideas. Will definitely return customer for life.

They have great prices, you can find anything from home decor, self care, baby & toddler care, and kids essentials

Bought a mini egg fry pan here. Plus a mini spatula. So cute! And affordable!

I was motivated to write this review because of a specific cashier named Xavier. I went in big lots under a lot of stress and walked out smiling, his professionalism and his engagement really made me feel better. Xavier was kind and calm and also to funny to stay upset I never experienced anything like this before usually I still will be upset but no I really forgot what I was upset about. The store was very clean and easy to navigate and the prices are always great . I’m a big lots shopper I usually shop at the Manchester location but I may start visiting the Slauson location more just because of the amazing interaction I received from Xavier. Thank you for taking the time to read this review it was worth it and hopefully people are kind to him when they see him tell him I said keep up the great attitude and great customer service.

One stop shop to go to

Very helpful and courteous and plenty of parking space.

Very neat store with some goods would be bought for cheapness & not beauty. A fully stocked store with everything from makeup to food. I am happy with my purchase.

These stories amazing I've lost my receipt from the store and I didn't know where I put it. And I was with Jasmine she just did everything possible to find my receipt. In the manager Louis did the same and help me finding all the paperwork I need it. You have a nice team a phenomenal team and definitely Jasmine is one of the person you should congratulate for her work her dedication to the customers and the way she handled situations. Thank you so much for having such a beautiful team.

Store is Amazing. Well organized. The workers are so kind and helpful. Store has a variety of items. So many nice items on Clearance.

Monique was the associate ringing me up. She was wonderful. Had a very pleasant smile and took care of me in a very fast but professional way. She had smile on whole time I was there. She was very helpful when asked about certain items I wasn't sure about taking with me.

Love Big Lots, I really wish that there were more locations all over the city. They have great items at great prices. You can always find something that you might be looking for elsewhere. Given 5he current situation they really don't have allot of cleaning products.
