Every staff member I’ve encountered at this pharmacy work so hard and despite being incredibly busy ALL the time still go out of their way to do everything they can to help. So many things are not in control of a pharmacist/pharmacy like drug shortages, insurance issues, etc. and I have observed staff go above and beyond for myself and others, despite people being rude and expecting miracles. People come in shocked to find these individuals haven’t worked out all of their problems without thinking “why would they NOT want you to have your meds?” It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with shortages on a monthly basis but they can put in order after order and it’s the pharmaceutical companies who are not producing/delivering medications in a timely manner. Been going here for years even though I’ve moved simply because of that.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for about a year now and every single person in this pharmacy is incredibly kind and helpful every time! Alicia specifically was insanely nice and provided me and my mom so much assistance when picking up her prescription. Alicia deserves lots of recognition for her wonderful personality and representing Walgreens with grace!

Tuesday my daughter called Pharmacy and the person who answered the phone(it was not a person at the Vivion location) was not able to help her. I asked to speak to a pharmacist. Kelyn answered the phone. He was able to tranfer a script from another Walgreens and filled her script two hours earlier than expected. I was also able to update her second insurance and the pharmacy tech helped me with that. Thank you Kelyn and the tech for your outstanding service.

Had my first Covid vax shot and Andrew was so kind and helpful, really eased my worries and made it as painless as possible. Very much appreciated.

Also, observed the pharmacy techs working hard and even when extremely busy and backed up, they treated every customer with so much respect and took the time to listen. That's awesome, keep that up.

Lastly, the girl at the front register was super friendly aha checked me or quickly.

Very friendly. Spoke to me when I entered the door. Pharmacist was busy when I arrived at 3 AM. She said she would be right with me. She was with me quickly. I had two scripts. One she said was available over the counter for less cost. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I was very pleased and will use this pharmacy again.

So I had EXCELLENT service from the pharmacist DALE. And as a side note the pharmacy technician Emina was fantastic and awesome at her job.

Dale tirelessly dealt with my husband and me regarding an insulin situation. He never got tired of explaining. He took an order over the phone from the doctor for needles without batting an eyelash. He was never impatient! I am so thankful for him. Only in a perfect world do people like him exist. Thank you......

We came today to get my wife a chick pox shot and we met Doctor Lopez, Sandy. She just got done with a patient. I popped my head in and asked her if she can give out chicken pox shot. Normally you have to get that prescribed and can take a little while. Dr. Lopez welcomed me in and didn’t seem bothered. She was very professional, personable, and thoughtful. She got us in and out in 10 minutes. Walgreens is very bless to have her and so are we. Thank you Dr. Lopez!

Only once did I encounter a ride person in the Pharmacy. I did complain and thankfully have never encountered that person again. I go there 2-3 times a month and always have a great experience.

It's two am, and my wife needs a dose of Robotussin from Walgreens. The young lady at the front register calls me by my name - nice touch at two am - and asks, "How is Shelley?"

We have known her for years. She has taken the time to get to know us. This is our Friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Another nice touch! Thank you. I am headed home with the Robutsin.

Maybe I'm just lucky but the entire staff including pharmacists have been very helpful to me. I certainly recognize they can be very busy at times but always polite and willing to help as expeditiously as possible

Never really had any problem except stock of sale items and I'll write you a rain check otherwise I call in prescription refills and pick up overnight or early morning.
Best thing is there 24 hours!

Walgreens has always been good to me all my 38 years of adult hood when I drop off scripts to be filled I always see a smile and I give a smile back they are professional but they are human too and might have a bad day so give em a smile and they might give you one back

Love the basket carts— super convenient! Use it as a basket you carry or if it gets too heaven you can pull it with wheels.

Was very impressed with the pharmacy staff at getting through customers in a timely manner. A major improvement within a 2 month period.

Elsie at the register helped me with my deposit especially at a busy time, very professional thanks

We just dealt with the kindness, most compassionate pharmacist that I've ever dealt with. He took good care of us tonight!

Staff always nice. The only problem I ever have is cashiers not calling for backup when there are 3 or more people in line.

Handy location. Clean store and helpful staff. Has good sale prices.
