Walmart Neighborhood Market

We had a hard time trying to pay because there wasn't touch pay, but then Vincente was a world class employee and helped us set up our walmart online pay while in line. He deserves a raise for being so patient with us. I accidentally hit 3 out of 5 stars on the machine, but he deserves 15 stars!

Nice people, clean store and organized. Good management. Some customers dislike self check out but I prefer it.

It is a good place to shop for grocery's but the store is a little confusing.

It’s got the basics of what you need. Could expand a little on some grocery selections, but not bad. Easier than a full Walmart for sure!
This location though has the best checkouts system possible! So many self checkouts that I’ve seen a line of 30 people go down in like 5 minutes. Very efficient! Prefer going here than anywhere else.

Love the smaller market stores! Get in get what you want and get out fast! Just how I like it! Nice store too!

I had issue with gift cards.The cashier at your self check outs rang them up incorrectly. I went to the service desk and this lady named Suzanne helped me she was so friendly. She called for a Manager and this lady named named. Deanna showed up within just a couple of minutes. She was very knowledgeable and told me if I had issues just to give her a call. It was so refreshing to have such good customer from these two ladies.

I am a delivery driver for Walmart and had to wait over two hours for a customer's order. This review is not for the hard working associates filling the orders but for the management who could have scheduled better. As I waited, several other orders were filled and brought out. This was my 1st day delivering for this store and I will not accept any orders again from this location; that is so unprofessional. Your employees definitely need to find a workplace that respects and values their hard work and doesn't put them in situations like these. -- I wanted to speak with someone at the store about this but no one answers the phone.

Again 10-8-21, nobody picking up the pickup phone and one employee coming out with an order every half hour. Even the Walmart superstores have their orders ready, not sure why this is allowed to keep going on. I've been waiiting over an hour. (Accidentally picked up an order for this location again).

July 4th, 2022, a total turn around. I am so appreciative of the way this store has made the pickup process so much smoother. Thank you!
Shopping, however is such a pain. I try to avoid this store because of the self checkout.

I honestly used to really hate this store. The only reason I went was because they had a specific kind of yogurt, Danino that was the only kind my daughter liked.
Now I have been using their grocery pick up and it is the best available. I have gotten wonderful produce, my dairy items I’ve had good expiration dates on them, and fresh bread. It is nice because I can place my order several days in advance, and then add up until that morning if there are things I forgot. Their substitutes are great and they do not charge you extra even if the price of the substituted item costs more. They put my items directly in the trunk for me and I can drive off without any contact. The first time I went I tipped the person, and then was told in the future that they were not allowed to take tips. This should be changed, and these workers do deserve tips.
I’ve tried other grocery pick up and they do not compared to Walmart.

Cistomer service slow as hell. 4 people in before me and it takes 37 minutes before I just left. Really wish it could go back to when people actually worked and cared about doing a good job.

Pharmacy is by far the best! Walgreens next door told me it'd be 4 hours. The ladies at Wal-Mart were on it!!! I will never go to another pharmacy again!

I went in this morning at the time of opening. I had to go early because I have heart disease and I am very vulnerable to this virus. The manager that opened the doors for us seniors was so friendly and kind. I had a full cart of essentials because I plan to make this my only trip for awhile. There was only self checkouts open so I asked for a lane to be opened before it got really crowed. They responded with a another check out open that could accommodate me as a self check out. There was a employee there that asked if she could assist me in my checking out ! She scanned each item and bagged them and placed them in my cart! I was over whelmed with her kind gesture!! These retail personal all over our nation are real life heroes!! I pray this new appreciation for these unsung heroes remains well after this virus is in the past !!

There was quite a mix up with my Rx but Pharmacist Becky was so helpful and patient. Helped me find least expensive price for my Rx.

Easy in-and-out shopping. Store has food, cleaning supplies and equipment, pet items, house wares (like light bulbs and furnace filters), health and beauty, party supplies and a few seasonal items (pool noodles, BBQ items, Easter baskets, etc.). The produce section (fresh fruit, etc.) is rather small... not a lot of selection. Late 2022 remodel changed the check-outs. Now there are a few pods of four or six self check-outs, no more one massive self check-out area with one line, there are several lines. Also, now there are a few traditional check-outs, but they are not always staffed.

I shop here all the time. They addre doing a great job keeping what they cam on the shelves during a rough time. I go in in the morning and shelves are full. Go back in the evening and shelves are empty. Crazy. How the employees there still have good attitudes I have no idea. Keep up the good work.

Everybody is always very courteous and helpful! I just wish they had a cashier instead of self checkout at every single register 🤦🏼‍♀ I despise self checkout but I will say that on days that I am having a lot of back pain, they will get an employee over to me, to run the self checkout for me and that is very helpful! 🥰

It was great I really like this door this neighborhood Walmart. I would like to know how to get some groceries delivered to my home cuz I don't know how to do it I'm 80 years old and my brother don't take me then I don't go I'd rather have it delivered forever. Your lady helped us and her name was Lucy and she was very very good at what she does

Very clean store . Very nice staff. I've noticed at Walmart neighborhood markets and supercenters that there are few to 0 cash registers that are being operated by people. Most everything nowadays is the self checkout. Didn't know if because of the Covid-19 ? All I know is I believe Sam Walton would be turning over in his grave if he knew that there were no greeters to greet you when you are coming or going. Also time seems to go by faster if you just check out via cashier. Maybe it's just the times we live in.

Very clean and well-stocked. The outside appearance and parking lot are well-kept and make a good impression. Although everything is self checkout, the staff available is quite courteous and happy to assist.

Always busy. Clean and employee are nice. The only thing I don't like is their liquor and makeup are behind glass door. You have to get someone to help you. Then they take it to a certain check out.

This is the smallest Walmart ever focusing mostly on food they have cosmetics and hygiene as well but if your looking for a wide selection of anything besides food there is another Walmart not far from this one but the employees was very helpful and friendly place was packed too and that to me says this store has a good reputation with locals and those products are good and fair priced and
