Harbor Freight Tools

I don't really know how they do it, but the store is always organized, neat, and clean. Employees are friendly and they'll take the time out of whatever they're doing to walk you to the aisle if you need it. They seem to have experts on staff as well, so if you have a deeper question you can probably find someone there to answer it.

Yes, some of the tools aren't as durable as they might be, but what they may miss in longevity they completely make up for in price. Do you have a project you're only going to do once or something you want to see if you like it before you invest heavily? This is the place to go.

My wife and I stopped in this last Friday, January 19, 2024. An absolute great selection, great prices and very helpful in the the customer service area! I'll certainly stop by this location more frequently!!!

Tons of cool items. You get what you pay for on some items, but we have been surprised by a number of inexpensive items we have purchased there; air compressor, drills, etc!

Cashiers are friendly, store is clean, parking is easy!

Good spot to find the tools you need to get the job done. Registers are a little awkward, but I suppose that keeps them out of the doorway. No matter. They are always helpful, friendly, and have affordable prices.

Great place with awesome tools and equipment that won't break the bank. I recommend getting the warranty if available. It's as easy as bringing the item back no matter the issue and walking out with a new one.

Harbor Freight has the right stuff for any project. Knowledgeable staff and store was clean.

It is what it is Harbor freight. I will say this one is clean and well organizes. The staff has always been helpful. Usually can find what I'm looking for no matter how odd it is.

Had what I wanted. I had a bit of trouble finding it but they had just opened and not everyone was ready for work. The young lady at the register was helpful and made sure to explain how the membership worked and offered the warranty. Overall pleasant. I could wish they were closer to downtown Kansas City. We have so few options.

Store was clean and we got in and out quickly.

Across the board, the quality of the tools at Harbor Freight has improved immensely compared to the import tool stores of 30 years ago.

Even among their different lines of tools, they have good/ better/ best/ ,and the lowest tier are still good products.

My favorite store. 99% the time they have it and if they don't they'll get it for you. Wonderful employees full of help and kind at checkout. Really like this place and it's employees. Great teamwork.
