Every time I come here, everyone is so helpful. They have a great selection of different glass, including some that I was told was hand made by a guy here in the state.

These guys are top-notch! Ryan took excellent care of me. Definitely recommend.

We have a tradition that we stop at a local
Smoke shop and buy our “souvenir”. Ryan was absolutely amazing and VERY knowledgeable! We walked out with more than we planned and not mad about it! Good recommendation on the nerd rope!! We will stop through every time we come to or through Kansas City for now on! Great selections and great prices!!

Located in small strip mall on South side of N. Oak and Shady Lane/64th street. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have all your smoking accessory needs from pipes, water pipes, flips, papers, vapes and vape accessories, tobacco, and all sorts of CBD products including gummies, lotions, and capsules.

Andrew and Jacob were the most helpful people at the hub always helpful and knowledgeable. You need any information on any glass or anything they will definitely find you whatever you need. Very knowledgeable on the stuff that they are selling to people

My all time favorite place! I absolutely love the employee chandler! He is definitely a new face to the hub but he is always so welcoming, helpful and overall I can tell just a great employee! Never had met an employee there that is so nice and helpful!!! Makes me want to visit even more!

Ms. Care offers nothing short of a wonderful experience for every customer that enters the store. She's exceedingly knowledgeable and passionate about her craft - both of which are rare to find. When I visited, she gave me a tour of the shop's expansive selection, and answered every question I could even think of.

My first visit to the hub was truly the one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a very long time. Going forward, I won't be caught shopping elsewhere.

Just went tonight and was helped by Mo and Andrew, both gentlemen were insanely helpful and wanted to make sure we left happy and weren’t pushy at all which is highly appreciated. Management should note that these 2 are a HUGE asset to the team. You have a lifetime customer as long as they’re there🫶🏻
