The UPS Store

The store was very busy-backed up to the door. At the time I went-there was only one employee working. She not only kept calm and was extremely efficient-but she was polite, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and kind even under extreme pressure. What could have been a long wait time and a lot of stress was a short visit, easy and enjoyable.

Idk about all the 1 star reviews. I don't have issues at this location. Honestly, most of the time, they are busy with a line. Give them a few minutes to work the line and a genuine smile, and you might make a grumpy person's day. We all have bad days, and the customers can either make it worse or make it so much better. Thank you, Christina, for making my shipment seamless today with a smile on your face and a great attitude.

Really quick and easy! Located across from Walmart neighborhood market. Lots of boxes and other shipping products available for use. They also offer PO boxes. Went there to return an Amazon package they printed the label for me and retaped the box. Absolutely a wonderful experience and I would use them again.

Christine and her team at the UPS store on Antioch and Vivion are the best. They’re efficient, nice, and never act stressed out. There is a very positive work environment because of her leader ship. They make every customer feel valued and important.

This is probably one of the best UPS stores in the city! Christina the Store manager, is an absolute pleasure! She will do anything she can to make sure you are taken care of! Every trip I have had has been quick, easy, and great service. Keep up the good work!

I think her name is Christina, she patiently assisted with me & my mom whose dead. The way she handled us & the patience for me to translate to my mom. Even when the store had steadily flow of customers but (Christina) handled it very well. I don’t know what Amazon doing but I’m giving the side eye. Few people returned things. But other than that 10 out of 10

Returning things to Amazon is so easy using UPS store drop off. Just take the item and show them the QR code generated from starting your return online via Amazon. Doesn’t even need to be packaged. They take care of it.

I read the reviews before using this location and was more than a little hesitant to use it but out of convenience we just did and were pleasantly surprised. The 2 gentlemen that helped us Tyler and Jon were pleasant and informative. If the need arises we will definitely use this location again!!

I read these reviews before going and decided to take a chance. I showed up as soon as they opened. I believe the one person there was the manager. She was courteous, attentive, had all my answers and then some. Thanks to the information she gave me I was able to alter the way I do business and save money.
