Panera Bread

Got the turkey chili and chicken Caesar salad duo deal. My partner in crime got her usual. We both had a good visit and good food while visiting. We both recommend the turkey chili!

Came in enjoyed the food. There was an issue and Gabe fixed it for my wife and daughter. He showed great customer service and we will be back to this location due to his help.

This location is great because it's not as busy as some of the others. It's fast and delicious. We usually order ahead which saves time. The orders are usually correct. The food is fresh and healthier options are available. If you're eating gluten free you can usually find something that works. They have new drinks that are delicious.

The food is good. I mean, really; The food is good. The employees are nice and helpful. Especially at the drive thru. This was not my first visit and will not be my last.

I love this location! I joined the sip club a few weeks ago and because of my frequent beverages, I run into the same staff members often. I always have a great experience with Jamilla and Theresa especially! These two always greet me by name and make sure my order is accurate and quick. These two seriously deserve a raise! Thank you both so much!!! 10/10 Recommend! ❤

I didn't eat this visit, but everything is always good. I had a meeting here, and it has wifi, and plenty of seating. Great atmosphere, service is always good, highly recommend.

Loving the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo! Duet special! But why is it Always Freezing in this place?!! Thinking that is how they get their customers to buy more soups. No need for the freeze! I meet for work but it's so darn cold and tried to work in patio but no electricity for my laptop, nor wifi. Not very remote friendly.

My family of 6 came here to eat lunch. The cashier was helpful and friendly. Food was prepared promptly. We enjoyed our soup, sandwiches, and bowls with drinks. Everything was delicious.

Call me old school for expecting a human to have a job and be able to pay their own bills and help people. Great place for a quiet place to sit and eat. Yes they have the kiosk for self service but they now maintain a person at the register! After traveling across the south east from Texas to South Carolina this is the best Panera we've found.... including ST. LOUIS where the company started!

Sip Club Is Great! Wish they would just slap my butter on my bagel while toasting it.

This Panera is outwardly pretty messed up. The ordering screen has been smashed and the drive thru window is boarded up because a customer smashed it. But the customer service here is amazing! I come at random times from first thing in the morning to mid morning to the afternoon, and everyone is genuinely so nice every time. It doesn't feel like a script and they always make my order right. I wish management would fix up the building to reflect the kind of respect that the employees deserve. I feel like boarded up windows makes customers think they are allowed to disrespect the building and staff.

Love the staff & never can go wrong eating at Panera...yummy to the last drop!!

I have been going to this location for about 10 years. I only have good things to say about this place, always have been always delicious, I never wait to long to get my order ready. All the people that works in here are always super nice to me. This location is always clean and it feels super cozy in there. The bathrooms are also very clean. I have never try the drive thru but when I have order inside I have always have a nice experience.

Ordered Lunch everything that came was just as good as expected. The pineapple on my salad was to die for! They forgot one of my soups, but a simple phone call and everything was taken care of in a quick and professional manner, so no complaints on that end.

Placed a large order for a work breakfast the night before for 7 am pick up. Coffee, Bagels, and scones.
This morning it was POURING rain, but by 7:02 my car was fully loaded with two very helpful gentleman who came out to load it in my car! I had left a buffer in case I had to wait a little bit, but they far exceeded my expectations.
Everything was correct and packaged very well when I got to school.

I am so happy I found a place I can rely on early in the morning!

The food was great and the service was fast. All of the staff was friendly.

Thank You Panera!! While it wasn't a big problem, I appreciate how your company went out of their way, to make everything right. A lot of companies are trying their best, to do right by their customers. With me, it doesn't have to be perfection, however respect all around, makes me a happy and satisfied customer!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Best Panera experience I have has.
We ordered via kiosk, but she was there twice to ask if we needed help. (There with my parents took a bit)
Food was best I have had since trying Panera....
