Some staples such as milk are more expensive than at the Food Town that's around the corner but the variety of options is bigger, especially the produce section. This ends up being my go to grocery store most of the time though because it's got everything I need, whereas the Mr Lime a block away doesn't carry meat or fish.

Nice store. They had a good variety of items. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. The lines move fast and their delivery service is fast and convenient. What I really appreciate about this supermarket is that you can get the sale price on individual items even if it is a 2 for... I hate having to buy multiple items to get the sale price because more often than not the food goes to waste.

A good neighborhood supermarket. Large enough for stand alone deli (fish counter is gone or reduced). Small enough for a personal touch. Excellent produce choices.
Delivery by independent van operators gives urbanites freedom from car hassles; the delivery fee covers the hard work of check out clerks, but don't be stingy with tips. Updated April '23.

Love this super market! They have a great selection at generally fine prices. Good produce , deli and meat. With fish, be careful... the salmon is good but most of the fish has been previously frozen leaving the thin, white fishes with a weird texture,

They have a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit. They have are very diverse in eating items so that you could cook at home. I enjoyed going with my son-in-law.

Love this market. First and very important to me, they use real cashiers, not automated machines. So people don't lose their jobs and it is easier for the customer too. Also the selection, the produce, deli, fresh fish are wonderful. As I said, I love this market!

One of the best supermarkets in Park Slope. The items are reasonably price for the location but you need to compare brands to obtain good deals. It has a large produce section both regular and organic. Friendly cashiers and staff. Enjoy!

Today I caught some really good deals at C-Town and it really meant a lot to me that the cashier was even sweeter than the deals I got I mean she was so nice and it really makes a difference her name is Jessania. I should have told the manager to give her a raise and a promotion that's why I was so pleased with the way she treated me I'm a very nice person but I don't always get treated back very nicely but with her I did and I really do appreciate that not only did I get some great deals two bags of groceries for under $13 had a beautiful young woman take care of me at the cash register with the utmost respect and I think that deserves a lot of credit and it means the world to me. Thank you for asking cuz I always loved giving credit where it's due and it's due there with that woman.

On 1/30/21 at 1:10 pm, we shopped for groceries. The store was busy, but not overly crowded. While there every worker was busy, very busy with their assigned duties and such. And, to that I had the fortune of running into a yuoung.man that was engaged in wiping down shopping carts, instructing workers, returning merchandise and such.
Just at the end of my shopping, I approached the check out lines, and there he stood again. I looked to see which line was open and which line I should select, when the same young man invited me to an aisle for checkout.
I thanked him for his assistance and asked if he was a manager. To which he replied with a twinkling in his eyes yes.
I told him that I was not stalking him, but could not help by pointing out that each time I saw him, just how hard he was working and hiw.muxh I appreciated him coming to my aid and suggesting the best check out lane.
I told him that my mother would always say you never know who is watching you. With that the moral was to never let your behavior be anything but good and something to be proud of.
I regret not asking his name necause I usually do, but I know that he had beautiful brown hues skin color, about 5" 9, and just the epitome of class and professional standing.

I love this grocery store. They have pretty much everything I need, even higher end items now. And if they don't have it they will do their best to get it for you. I lived in Manhattan for 20 years and all the local grocery stores their were terrible! If you wanted something besides ordinary bread, milk and eggs you had to shop at a specialty store.

I love shopping there. The entire staff from management on down are friendly and always there to assist in every way possible. Fresh products and wide variety of foods for everyone. I recommend Steve's C-town for anyone looking for a great shopping experience

I buy all my groceries here. They have a wide selection of anything you need, checkout lines are never long, and you can always find good deals. They also offer free delivery!

Location is not too far from my job and opens early so I can purchase items either on my way to work or at lunch. No issues with service or prices

An affordable super market that has enough room to provide some choices for its customers. This place has a little bit of everything. Your fancier super markets (ahem, Union Market) don't have a lot of selections that good ol C-Town does! Pro tip: this is the only market in the South Slope that I know of, that carries Martin's potato rolls and King's Hawaiian bread

First time ordering from here. Granted, I was super in the mood for falafel, but that doesn't guarantee it will be good. Fortunately, this was. Really good. Effing good. I got the falafel platter which came with a Greek salad and the lettuce was fresh, it had a big, solid chunk of Feta, the dressing was light, plenty of olives. Super happy. The rice pilaf was recommended by the cool and helpful staff and was scrumptious with my falafel and tzatziki sauce. I ordered a side of hummus and initially I thought they forgot it, it comes in a somewhat small container, but it was rich and delicious, and with everything else, I barely scratched the surface. Will def. go back.

Friendly and helpful staff most of the time. However, i don't speak English is grows old after 5 months of shopping there. Management staff presents as handsome gents that keep me coming back

Good little supermarket with comparable prices to others. Tends to not have as many ethnic foods and vegetable but is pretty good nonetheless. Lines can be crazy on the weekends but the staff is nice.
