Shaun at the pharmacy was an amazing help in administering my covid shot. Was very friendly and made me feel comfortable

I ordered pictures o line for pick up. They were ready in a timely manner and the customer service was professional and really nice. When I called the store to check on the order the associate told me that they may not be ready same-day. I explained it was for my daughter’s school project so she made sure to get them printed for me. She even called me to let me know when they were ready. I would definitely use them again. When I picked them up the store was tidy and nice as well.

I started going here after a very unpleasant interaction with a Neergard pharmacist. The pharmacy staff at this Rite Aid are quick, thoughtful and intelligent. They proactively reach out when there is an issue with refills or similar. This is by far the best pharmacy experience I've had, and I'm consistently impressed and grateful.

Night manager and employees are really kind and friendly, they let me pick up a package after closing time as I had called to say I would be arrive late(after closing) and were very understanding.
