Walgreens

I went in today on Christmas. The store was extremely busy, but both customer service associates were cheerful and serving each customer with a smile. I feel as though they were genuinely happy to be there. Great job today, ladies!

I know there are a lot of negative reviews but we had excellent and quick service at the pharmacy. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful making sure that we had our prescriptions quickly. It was nice to have such a positive experience when you are not feeling well. Thank You!

My interactions with Alan, the pharmacist, was a positive experience!! He was professional, yet humorous and made sure that my visit was complete. I am so glad that I stopped by Walgreens on this day!! Thank you, Alan!!

Chris (I hope I’m spelling his name right. Tall, black guy with glasses) was so helpful! He helped me use my rewards and save money on medicine! He was also very witty. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Store was also very clean. Will be returning :)

No, this is not a fake review. I asked for help finding Advil Multy symptoms, Amber said I'll show you, there were no more on the shelves, then she went to the pharmacy, nothing...then she checked in the backroom, nothing. Then she called to see if they were out stock. Then she offerred and tried to order them online...Finally she offerred me an alternative, another medicine similary to what I was looking. She truly went above and beyond expectations.

This review is partially due to other less positive reviews that may be entirely accurate. The pharmacy can definitely be slow, but that seems largely due to understaffing during peak times. That said, this Walgreens functions pretty much as well as all other Walgreens I’ve been to, and better than some.
I pick up medications for my wife every month here and I’ve yet to find their staff rude or unfriendly. They have always been polite in person and on the phone. Given what I expect from a pharmacy (occasional long waits, an insurance issue now and again, etc) this place seems to be just fine. The staff are far more polite than the last two pharmacies that I used. I’d recommend giving them a try before being dissuaded by the other negative reviews.

I have gone in here numerous times and have been treated well every time over the last 10 years or so. I have even gone in, very sick and somewhat delirious. The doctor had made a mistake and requested a prescription that was on my allergy list. Because Walgreens maintains my "No-No" list so well (the same list is available to all Walgreens through a nationally linked computer system), the pharmacist knew something was wrong. So she took the extra effort to call the doctor office with the problem and obtained a better prescription. That's taking care of their patients!

everyone i have encountered in this walgreens (especially the pharmacy) has been extremely helpful and kind!! i just left after a 30+ minute trip to try & get my medications but had a problem with my insurance... Kayla and Shedea were so patient & understanding! then i went to use the bathroom but the lights weren’t working. i spoke with Yhoana about it & she kindly held the door open so i could use one of the stalls!! amazing customer service and always smiling faces. thank you, knightdale walgreens!!

I recently used the pharmacy at this location for the first time. I went there directly from a Surgical Procedure filling several prescriptions. The staff was professional and extremely curious. The prescriptions were filled quicker than estimated.

Surprised to see the reviews, all the times I have gone the customer service was amazing. Great employees with positive attitudes. Not everyone gets the same experience I guess.

I have been a customer since 2003. The staff has always been courteous and professional. The current staff (10/18) is exceptional! Particularly the manager Sean!

Every time I come here its great! I forget the older white women’s name is but she is ALWAYS super friendly and welcoming. Makes my experience that much better.

Josh was excellent and helpful. The long wait is because of staff shortages. But he made up for it with his positivity.
