I had an issue with my SIM card and didn't remember my security code. Chris and Lizabeth were patient and suggested different possible pins until we stumbled on the right one to get into my account. They swapped the SIM card and now my phone is working fine. Great service!!!!

Cristian was very helpful. I was stressed because 4 locations didn't have what I needed or seem like they were clueless. I called here and Cristian immediately confirmed he had the phone and help me set up the new phone for my daddy. I couldn't ask for a better sales person.

Today my ol man and I went in to see about getting new phones. The associate that helped us name was Nicole and she was awesome! She explained everything to us. Let us know which phones and plan was best for us and she didn't rush us or judge us as our child ran around like a wild child. We walked out of the store happy as happy can be.

Came by to pick up a TV that I ordered online. Trey was already outside helping another customer. Told me to go inside for faster service. Within seconds he came back to my aide and got my TV, then assisted me to put it into my vehicle. Great customer service. Thanks Trey!

this is a fantastic store! reps really went the extra mile to make sure all my needs were met. i honestly didn't think it was required but it was very much appreciated! highly recommend this store
