AT&T Store

I visited the Mass Ave location on 2/29/24. The store manager Bill quickly acknowledged my presence. Bill was professional, courteous, understanding, and patient. My issues were resolved and everything was explained to me clearly and in a manner in which everything was understood. Bill went above and beyond in helping me resolve my reasons for my visit.

Daniel at the Mass Ave location was the biggest help!!! He was able to answer all of my questions, help me with a problem that I had been dealing with for a while and did it all with the biggest smile! I was so grateful he was able to help me out.

It was NBA ALL STAR, snowing, traffic and I had 15 minutes to get there before the store closed. I broke my phone while out of town with no idea what to do. When I got there the door was locked. Billy was nice enough to open up and help me get a new phone so I wouldn't be stranded. He even set my phone up so I could call an uber back to my hotel.

Phil helped me resolve an account issue that another store wasn’t able to fully resolve. I’m grateful for his time and expertise.

Excellent experience at the AT&T store on Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis. Daniel is a super-salesman and did a terrific job of showing various products and accessing special promotions. Very happy…thank you, Daniel!

Zach, Daniel, and Avery were incredibly helpful and excellent company. Any waiting was filled with 90s/2K music videos and Walking Dead talk. Even if you’re not having trouble with your phone, you should totally just stop by for a chat. A++ 100%

I'm a retired 69 year old lady who had a very phone bill. I worked with Zechariah he was very patient when it came to explaining my bill and the options I had to lower it. Absolutely phenomenal service. I will be visiting this store the next time I have any issues.

Great service and helped me understand my new purchase. Bonus points for finding additional discounts and ways to save money on an upgraded plan. Austin was a huge help and I regret not upgrading earlier.

Stopped in the store today for help with an esim transfer after purchasing a new phone at the Southport location.

Zach was the first to greet me and try to fix the problem. Once he realized the depth of the issue, he passed the torch to Avery, who ended up spending over an hour on the phone with higher-ups trying to sort out the issues that the Southport location indirectly created. Zach kept me company during this time and helped me pick out a screen protector and case for my new phone.

Huge props to both these guys (especially Avery) for their patience and determination to help me, even though I didn’t originally purchase the phone from their store. The job isn’t easy (especially at a downtown location, I’d assume), and I’m grateful that Avery didn’t give up on my problem or write me off as an annoyance. Thank you for making sure I have a working phone :) I will forever come back to the Mass Ave location for any future purchases.

The guys in the store on Mass Ave in Indy are FANTASTIC! They greeted me immediately upon entering, and made sure to assist me with my request in a timely manner. While we waited for devises to do their thing, the guys were fun and social and kept me entertained with their conversations. I was highly satisfied with the outcome of my visit and will for sure be visiting this store in the future.

We had a great experience at this location. Austin and the rest of the staff were so extremely helpful. They had the phone we were looking for and we even ended up with Apple watches! Great deals on everything we bought. I would 10/10 recommend going here for all your needs.

Austin and Corey are good managers. The rest of the employees are worthless, and should all be fired. However, after about nine trips to four different AT&t stores, my mobile data finally started working on my new Pixel 6 pro. Thanks to the team. The 3 guys in there tonight were very helpful acknowledgeable with what I needed help with. They got me in and out! Best store in Indy. And yes I went to all of them today!!
