Staff is very helpful and kind! The paint and garden sections have great variety, me and my family always go here for timbers, flowers, paint, and paint supplies. Once we got a toilet here but unfortunately it was broken, they replaced it for us the same day without any issues.

Recently purchased some patio furniture in store and had such a great experience! From the people who helped me find the items I needed, to the self checkout lady that helped me and the men who helped load everything in the truck, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for an better experience!

In the past few years I feel like this location has really upped its game. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Everything I've needed I've been able to get here. I wish, however, that there were more registers that had people rather than ask the self checkouts.

Laura from home decor is awesome! She cut 18 blinds for us a few weeks ago. She was unbelievably helpful and patient.

I have been looking to match my beautiful ceramic planters I had purchased from the Lowe’s in Frederick Maryland! … I Called around and found them at the Martinsburg WVa Lowe’s.. what a nice selection they had and The service was fantastic! Thank you!

Chaz in the appliance section is awesome(: he had all the answers and went above and beyond to make sure they had the washer and dryer we needed. Lowe’s is lucky to have him.

Chaz in the microwave department was incredibly efficient and helpful. He was helping a couple of customers at the same time and did not get the least bit flustered. Chaz is a gem.

Lowe's is awesome. Guys at the Pro Desk are great and the store manager is so helpful. I refer everyone here for any type of home improvement supply need. I am here multiple times a week. The employees quickly got to know us as regulars and are always super kind and friendly and approachable.

Delaney was an absolute pleasure with helping me purchase a washer/dryer. She was very informative and explained things thoroughly. If you ever need help with appliances go to her!!

Jesse is the BEST! He has helped us multiple times with paint - while he may not recall us as he sees so many people, he recalls us quickly as we share about colors and work we are doing, providing additional ideas for us to consider.

Shout out to Shay working customer service. On a busy July Saturday, she showed exceptional customer service attention. Took care of my truck rental, checkout, and had a treat for my dog. There was a lot of chaos (it was busy. Phone ringing off the hook). It takes diligence to work in such conditions. Appreciate the assistance.

This is a good Lowe's store with friendly and helpful staff in my experience.

Went to purchase some keys and lightbulbs. Lowe's is always an interesting place to go with much to see and learn. Today, I learned once again that life is precious and appreciated. Thank you David Richards, it was very nice to meet you.

Love the seed selection here! Very nice variety. Organic seeds available here. I believe they also sell starters right now. Can’t wait to come back in spring. Friendly service, very helpful. It is around the commons and everything is so close to it.

This is a good Home Depot. They don't stock a lot of materials, but they are better at having items than the bigger and busier stores. Inventory online is generally correct, so check before you come for specialty items. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful.

The people who work here are wonderful. A few years ago this store had terrible customer service. I found a manager walking the aisles several weeks ago and commented on the improvement I’ve noticed in the last year or so…he said he was the new manager and that the team there has a great work environment now. It shows! Every time I go in there are people ready to help or find someone who can. Adam, Hayley, and Becky I’ve come to know going in there so much. They always ask about my projects and are so helpful as are EVERY employee I’ve come in contact with. Tonight Jennifer went out of her way to get me checked out as I was in a huge rush. Many thanks Jennifer!

Becky in the paint department is so great at her job! She was very efficiently helpful when it came to me painting my kitchen table. She made sure I had all the right tools for what I was doing and explained her own experiences with painting to help me understand why she would recommend different tools or tips (from liquid sandpaper, primer, brushes, etc). Ask for Becky when at this location - you won’t be disappointed.
