I was afraid I was going to get bad costumer service bc of the negative reviews but when I went inside the two young ladies greeted me and I told them what I was looking for . They were very helpful and polite! Def coming back

So I recently went into this establishment with my boyfriend and let me tell you the two ladies work in the front Leila and hann brom "sure I butchered that to death"we're so amazing they had great customer service and you could tell they really enjoyed helping people and doing their job that's so rare to see nowadays their customer service alone will be the reason that I come back if you're ever in the area ladies or gentlemen this is the adult store to go to you won't be disappointed.. however the only negative thing I could say is the prices were pretty cheap and expensive for the kind of merchandise that they have I mean different strokes for different folks to but they could definitely use more variety

Cupid's closet has lots of really cool items!! From sexy outfits and shoes, to toys, lubes, games and lots of selection in all your sexy needs. I would definitely recommend this location as the customer service was also top notch! She was able to help us with any questions and personally helped another man pick the perfect gift for his girlfriend. If we are in need of any more fun bedroom items we will most definitely stop in!

The store is clean and with a really pleasant atmosphere.
A few months after buying a toy that stopped working, I went back there to ask them how to proceed with the guarantee and the owner who was at the store at this moment, decided to exchange the product to make my process easier.
I really appreciated the customer service mindset and can only deeply recommend this place !

Me and my girl just left with our bag full of entertainment for the night and I can say that the experience was most pleasant. the woman working the register (a very friendly brunette(didn't catch her name - sorry) was extremely welcoming, open and helpful and put us at ease by answering all of our questions concisely. She was a complete professional, with a cool demeanor that some may find comforting, if you find navigating such boutiques to be an awkward experience. Very knowledgeable and sweet. This was the best experience I've ever had shopping at an adult store.

First I would like to say that I've been to a handful of shops. And this is the SECOND but FIRST shop I've felt absolutely comfortable in. I believe my sales reps name was Sophie... She was about 5'3 blond skinny. Hey girl its me Falisha..... but she answered all my personal questions, and gave me some tips and tricks to try out. Orginally I went i for Oils... but she found something special for almost half off. So then I bought another. From start to finish she was the best. I will definitely be returning.

My boyfriend and I visited Cupid’s Closet yesterday to find a new toy. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly by Nikki. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk to. We were able to tell her what we were looking for in general and she immediately showed us four or five products in different price ranges, explaining each product and it’s functions. Nikki went above and beyond to provide us with great customer service. Thanks for the super positive experience!

This shop is clean and accessible directly off of Wilshire and home to a very welcoming, friendly staff. After dropping by on a whim I can see why it’s voted best in LA.

Daniel, the owner, is super friendly and helpful beyond belief! It's my favorite sex shop, I refuse to go anywhere else, because no place is as clean or nicely organized. An amazing selection of toys and massage oils, plus everything a girl or guy, (or anything in between) could ever need in the way of sexy lingerie! They're amazing and it's worth every single star.

I don't think I've ever experienced customer service this thorough before. I bought an item a year ago and called in to see if I could get a receipt [in order to claim a warrantee from the brand i purchased]. The owner spent 20 mins patiently sifting through a years receipts to help me . Any other place would have made it difficult to help with my request and more likely would've suggested that I come in to repurchase the item. Thank you for your assistance- you've got a customer for life Friends! I'll be in soon :) Also when I bought the item initially a year ago I was greeted by professional and informed staff members!
