Walmart Supercenter

The store is really just your typical Walmart but the sunsets here have a tendency to be pretty spectacular.

First time we used the walmart+, we didn't know how and Miss Summer walked us through it, got everything we needed delivered to our door. She was awesome! Miss Summer is what Walmart stands for.

Was able to get in and out with no wait. Customer service was quick and polite.

Used automotive to get a tire n have it put on the rim n they took care of me quickly n were super nice. Also helped with gettin the right wiper blades for me. Thanks guys u all did great!

Well folks, once again, the Wal-Mart pickup let me down. Now, before I start, let me tell you all that I have never ordered groceries from Wal-Mart pickup. So I can't say anything bad about that side of it, as I've never used it. I'm sure it's just fine, and I've had people tell me that they'll never do their own grocery shopping ever again because of this wonderful service. No, my complaint is with the non-grocery side of things.

I have now used the Wal-Mart pickup service for the fourth and final time. Every time I have used the service, I would either have to wait until the following day to pick up my order or there has been an issue with my order.

The worst experience I've ever had with it was when I bought a set of new tires. Not only did I have to wait a full business day until they were ready (after the website said I'd have them the same day), but then I had to schedule an appointment to get them put on my wife's car separately. So I had to go wait in the pick-up lane to get them, then drive them back over to the other side of the building myself, instead of just being able to pick them up in the Auto Care center. Then, I had to wait for my appointment time to get them put on. I'm still not sure why they can't set all that up at the time of purchase, but I was assured that they could not, so we had to do it that way.

Anyway, I'm sorry that I got sidetracked there. Here's the thing about the pick-up service. These "Pickers," as they're called, are just normal Wal-Mart employees who go through the store and gather up the items for your order. Naturally, you would assume that they would take the time to check for little things like damage on the products they pick, but I'm starting to think they just grab and go.

I had picked up an order that I had placed for an electronic item (can't specify the item until after Christmas, so I'm sorry), and when I got it, I noticed that the box had been opened already. Upon further investigation, I found that not only had it been opened already, but that it was actually used and had been returned. There were scratches, missing pieces, and batteries left in it from the previous owner. So naturally, I returned it.

This wouldn't bother me so much except that this is the third time that I've dealt with an issue like this across two different store locations. So now I'm thinking that it might be common practice for these Picker Associates not to inspect the items they pick. I know that they get a lot of orders and that they have to be fast, but if you're going to make me wait until the next business day anyway, then at the very least you could make sure I get a quality product so that I won't have to end up wasting my time having to stand in the return line. Instead, I end up having to go through all the hassle of returning or exchanging the item myself. So, by the end of the day, it would've been faster and easier to just go in and get what I wanted in the first place.

Now, because I don't ever want to be one of those people who do nothing but complain, I'll take the time to talk about all the good things about this store.

First, the store is always super clean, and all items are organized and easy to find. Second, the staff that I encounter while shopping at this location are always so polite and eager to help. There's not very many places left in the world that showcase good customer service, but this Wal-Mart location is definitely one of the top five, in my opinion. Finally, putting the issues that I've had aside, I always enjoy my in-person shopping experiences at this store.

To summarize, make sure you check your items if you use the Wal-Mart Pick-Up service, but just know that if there is a problem, the wonderful staff will work hard to make it right for you.

I love Zero Street Ft Smith because all the employees are so helpful and friendly and they don't hesitate to give a smile!! The Cashiers are accurate! Kudos to Zero Street !

My favorite walmart in Fort Smith, maybe anywhere! Consistently wonderful, with above-and-beyond level associates, clean, great selection, and always a happy place to walk into - for real!

Updated, we've been in the area for almost a decade and this is still my favorite Walmart. Still great service and stock, and they've recently updated the entire store.

This Walmart nearly always has items I have trouble finding at other locations. Like the body wash I need for allergies. They carry it when the others don't.

The store was very clean, but I'm assuming they are adding new spring/summer things because there was ALOT of empty space. The employees were very nice and helpful! As you can see by the pictures. There is ALOT of empty space. This was what it looked like as I entered the store.

Every one seemed very friendly, found what I needed and I didn't have to wait in line to check out. Very nice

It is great that you don't have to get out of your car during this Christmas time

Had 20 minutes to get my items before they closed at 11. Staff helped me twice and I was done and out in 14 minutes

Great place to shop for anything and everything for all your needs including plumbing for quick household fixes. Also, there is automotive for all of your automobile needs like headlights, windshield wipers, car stereos, batteries, tires, air filters, and oil. Then there are groceries and clothes pretty much anything you could think Wal-Mart has it.

Coleman brought groceries to the car...he was very helpful and friendly. 5+

The stores are getting cleaner but homeless are at every stop sign. I wanted to buy deodorant late last night but since I was by myself, I just turned around and left because a homeless man was at the door at 10pm and I felt intimidated.

This Walmart is easy to find what you want, get checked out and gone.

I just a good place I'd like to do and get all the stick their stuff I need I need all the stuff they want it and everybody wanted to get my stuff I did cuz I got you stereos TVs

The ladies in the bakery are a lifesaver making my 10 year old daughter's birthday extra special will be returning again soon for more birthday cakes thank you ladies for coming through for my daughter
