Very nice, clean, and well lit. Great selection and good prices. Plenty of parking spots. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Rachel is a fireball worker and super nice person and very helpful. I like shopping at the fort Smith aldi on zero street because she makes us feel like family. Good job.

Always friendly people ( employees that is. some women shoppers are rude and smug, hopefully they don't mistreat employees who are amazing) and prices better than my local town where Walmart intentionally hikes and price gouges rural people creating arkansas famous food deserts and insecurity so anytime we're in Fort Smith we love getting a full cart for a third the cost!

I love shopping here. My grocery dollar goes much further here than at other stores. I get whole wheat bread for $1.89 vs 3-4 dollars other places.

I love Aldi in general but particularly my local store. Customer service is always top notch and it is so fun to cruise the AOS. So many neat finds and delicious food, all at great prices!

*Update: So, I moved three hours away from this store and that is so sad. Whenever I get to come to town, this is a necessary stop. Still great customer service and have you smelled the candles?! :)

I’ve shopped at several Aldi stores in the area and across the country and I’ve had the best experiences in this location. It’s the newest store in its area, so of course it’s going to be great visually but I feel like this is the best store in Fort Smith and the surrounding areas (for Aldi). The OG Fort Smith one on Massard is fine, but this one just is cleaner because it’s new and… I’m going to decline to comment on the Van Buren location because I had such a bad experience there but - this one on Zero street in Fort Smith is a WONDERFUL alternative to Wal-Mart next door with their bums on every corner

Always love coming to ALDI! Wonderful products at incredible prices! We make a point to go here 1-2 times a month to stock up on everything we need, since it's so much cheaper, but still has better quality, than the big box stores around where we live.
