CVS

I came here today looking for an OTC medicine. I was having trouble finding it so I asked for help. A very nice employee said she would be happy to show me where it was. Excellent customer service!

I came up on 12/23 from Florida. I am a diabetic and left all of my insulin home. Long story short... Haria, the Pharmacist at this location is AMAZING. There is alot to be said about Customer service now a days, but she is really phenomenal and compassionate. They were SO busy but she took time to make sure I was taken care of. My insurance was going to charge me $450.00 for enough to get me through my trip, but she told me about how my insurance would cover a vacation supply once a year. I never knew this. Needless to say, they didn't accept my type of insurance but Walgreens did. She made sure the prescription was faxed over. When I got to Walgreens they said they didn't have it. CVS had already been closed a few minutes, but thank God she was still in the store and took my call. She called over and made sure everything was good. Thank God for this lady. She doesn't realize what a blessing she was to me in my time of trouble. I dontknow if her Supervisor will ever see this, I sure hope so because they truly have a jewel in this Pharmacy. .

My son needed a prescription filled for an ear infection. It took 10 minutes in and out and we couldn’t have been happier! Thank you for making this easy for us! My son is already feeling so much better. Will be returning on next vacation for our needs🙃

Was on vaca and forgot one of my husband's heart meds! Christian helped us and we are so greatful! He saved the day!

I was able to get in and out of the store in 15 min. Clean store and very organized. Check out was at the kiosk and it was very efficient. First time using that at a CVS store.

I am on vacation and I had been trying to get the doctor to call in my medication the whole day. They finally called it in at 7:47 pm, the pharmacy closed at 8. The Pharmacist, Brian called us and asked if we wanted to fill our medication because they were about to close. I needed it because it was my antibiotic I needed to take so I asked if he didn’t mind and he said he would. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you so much Brian for what you do. I really appreciate you staying open and filling a medication for me even when you didn’t have too.😊

The staff in the pharmacy are always extremely polite and helpful. They truly seem to care about my health and well being. Special thanks to Brian, he was very kind and caring each and every visit!

I came to Pigeon Forge and ran out of my diabetes medicine. Stephanie and Bryan were the best trying to get it sent from Lafayette Tn. They went above and beyond to help me get it refilled. The best CVS experience to date.

An establishment with a basic appreciation for medical science that sells frozen dairy products among other things, making it a superior ice cream shop than its neighbor, Kountry Kreamery. The greater variety of flavors/brands and better prices doesn't hurt either.

Very cool place, went in pretty late and they were very friendly. Guy a checkout was cool and we had a good conversation. All in all a great place would do again; would recommend to a friend.

Stepped in Saturday morning to find a great person (Cheyenne) who was very pleasant and even helped me pronounce Seiverville (Severe - vull). Good eye contact and a great smile.

Larry greated me as soon as I came into the store. Helped me find my tampons and was so kind and helpful! Thank you!
