It was a great experience with the help I got from their employee Miguel. He is such a friendly and kind guy and knows what he is doing. First time in that particular store and would say I would go again! He helped me out with everything I needed and was very patient. If you go in that store look for him for the best service.

I went into cricket and got help by a gentlemen named Miguel. He was very kind and patient. He helped me out and was one of the best salesmen on the floor. Most definitely will go back.

i came in to port over from Verizon due to service issues i was having with them since their service has i guess degraded in my area and decided to give Cricket a try since they pretty much use AT&T towers but just charge like 35 dollars less for it and Jacquee was so helpful got my number ported over in less then half an hour of me walking in with no issues at all which was so great and less stressful major kudos to her!!! 👏🏼👏🏼

I had the hardest time with a sim card issue and Margie h. On marbach location ,not only went out of her way to help me when I had been turned away multiple times from other stores she was patient and helpful .I've been a cricket customer for 7 years and I must say if it wasn't for her I was going to leave the company thank you Margie you deserve a raise for your great customer service and patience thank you !!!!

Came in yesterday and the place was pretty busy. Miguel helped me pick out a new case for my phone and answered all my questions I had. Much better than the cricket store down the street! 5/5
