DICK'S Sporting Goods

We went for the purchase of a treadmill. The website was accurate as to how many were in stock. However, there were no actual tags to bring to the counter for purchase. The clerk was quick to figure it out despite that. Otherwise great experience.

The general manager was extremely nice and helpful. It had been over the 90 day return policy but we still had our ideas in the original packaging and no receipt since it was a gift. The manager said he would give let us exchange for the total price of our items. Super nice and appreciate it so much!

Large selection of all things sports. Very impressed with this store. Lots of clothing! All things WI Badgers and Milwaukee Brewers. Many sale priced items for the holidays. 2 floors to get lost in, everything sports!

I like the store. It is neat, clean, well-organized and has friendly staff. I like that they have quality clothes. I like that they stock a lot of clothes that teenagers like. I feel that the prices on this clothes are too high. This place would have more business if they didn't mark up their clothes as much.

Had a damaged item and 2 of the employees actually met me in the parking lot (it was a large item) and reviewed the damage, then called over and made sure that the West side had a replacement for me, the whole time they were very kind and courteous and I was very thankful for their help!

The staff is kind and well meaning but very "green" However, the management went above and beyond my expectations! I can honestly say I would recommend buying more expensive items here. Josh and Wally truly know how to treat customers!

Stopped in; not from the area. Store was clean and organized. Found some great deals on the clearance rack as well as sale items. Sale associates, “Autumn and Mason” were super helpful and friendly. Really appreciated their customer service skills and assistance. Will be back!

I placed an online curbside order. One of my items shorted and I was so disappointed as it was sold out everywhere else. Lacey did an amazing job helping me, not only did she spend a while digging to find the item, she helped me still find a way to purchase it even though it now showed sold out everywhere. Kudos to the team here for going above and beyond!

Customer service is exceptional! Wally, the manager, will make sure your needs are met. All of the staff I dealt with went above and beyond to take care of me.

Dave in golf department is an awesome guy, excellent service, friendly, and i have been coming to him for grip changes always fast turn around, very professional. I would not go anywhere else. 100% reliable

Helpful staff, and they honor the return policy

A great 1 stop shop for any outdoor activities. They have everything for sports, camping, hunting, fishing, and so much more. You can also get shoes and clothing here. It's a convenient place to get equipment. We came because my friend wanted pepper spray. The staff was very helpful in assisting us. We reccomend this place.

The curbside pick-up option was phenomenal! The employees were very professional and efficient. Cannot recommend more highly. I really hope they continue this option once in-person shopping opens.

Clean bright open store. Lots of great items, high quality. Fun to shop and easy to find what I need. The crew is so helpful but not overbearing.
