Key Food Supermarkets

This Key Food supermarket on Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens, is a most convenient location for both locals and commuters. It's just a block away from the major transit hub of Kew Gardens, at Queens Boulevard and 78th Avenue. This store, despite its rather compact size, only about a half dozen aisles, has a wide variety of products and offerings. My favorites are the hot plates and cold ready made salads, great for a quick pickup. Prices are comparable to other stores around the area, and I found the staff to be a most agreeable lot.

I like this Store, everyone is helpful and friendly. You can find almost everytjing.

I have never seen the inside congested with boxes like most other supermarkets. They are organized and clean. I've been shopping here for years.

Fresh fruits and vegetables. Clean place. People are nice. I love their strawberry, blueberry and avocados, sourdough breads, Korean Napa cabbage...also lots of Ice-cream.

Prices are high everywhere you shop, but at least this store is always well stocked and clean.

Good food sold here. Deli has very fresh and delicious cooked foods available. Cold cuts are good.

Fully cooperation with the cashier, you ask and they tell and they are warm welcomers..only that they needed more fresh oranges ,ones that are not
soft,,otherwise 👍

This KeyFood is probably the most amazing supermarket I’ve ever been to! The manager and staff helped me tremendously with my groceries today. They went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed and even helped me load some bags to my car since I was by myself. I cannot believe there are still people in New York with kind hearts but this is the gem where you’ll find them at! I wish I would have gotten the manager’s name to give him a proper shout out but God bless him and the staff! Thank you so much! 🙂

Very good quality food, very large selection, always very fresh and up to date.. never too crowded to have to wait on line that long, they have a coffee grinder for fresh beans. Always plenty of parking on both sides of the supermarket.. they often run very good specials, and carry a large selection of organic food.

Have been shopping at THIS location for years. Employees are friendly and helpful.
Goods are usually in stocks. Nice selection
of all groceries. The deli counter has very nice choices.

Friendly managed facility, always well stocked. Can be a little tricky to navigate with a side by side stroller as you often get stuck head on with another shopper or meet a display that sticks out a little too far. Well stocked for meat typically.

I worked there part-time and weekends as a Forest Hills High School senior during the summer of 1956 - Irving and Max were the owners/supervisors at the time - great people - wonderful experience. Blessings to all the staff I worked with; then on to college, the USAF and TWA. Long time ago.

I alwayd do my shopping here and this last visit I notice they added a few new items. I'm appreciative of the variety they offer.

Key Food is the neighborhood Supermarket it's a very good store staff is respectful and courteous always helpful the produce is fresh almost everything you can want is there, I'm thankful they're here .

Very good service. The same cashiers as before, like 3 years ago. Fresh food and variety of produce. By the way, the cabinets where food stands on were all resettled.

Convenient supermarket in my neighborhood. Great deli with fine homemade offerings - especially the meatloaf (could do with a bit less salt, but it's still good!).

If you're a "PB&J" fan, this Key Food market has family size Wonder Bread for 2 bucks!!! All you need is Skippy Creamy and Welch's Grape Jelly for that perfect sandwich.

This Key Food store is located 1 block west from the eastbound/last-car exit of the Union Turnpike - Kew Gardens stop on both E & F trains @ Queens Blvd.

Great prices, friendly staff. Will definitely shop here again. Good selection of food from meat to staples. Give it a try!

Very convenient grocery store next to my place. Prices are high, regular produce selection, nothing special.

Great service and a variety of items! Their house made guacamole is delicious every time! It's worth purchasing.
