Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

I LOVE this has station I stop here at least every couple of days and everyone here is always very nice. Great customer service experience!

Decent selection of drinks/snacks. Staff is pretty chill and knowledgeable. Cigarettes r higher than most other places

They display one price on the merchandise but charge you more than advertised. Sign on their Zyn Nicotine Pouches said $21.45 per roll, but I was charged $26.45 before tax. I asked the employee why the higher price and his response was "I don't know". I then asked to be charged the advertised price but he refused.

Store is filthy, dirty diapers in the parking lot. Employees are apathetic at best and down right mean at worst. Gas is over priced, as are drinks and snacks. Also, if there is a coin operated car wash ATTACHED to your gas station, you should give change to USE it, not tell people to cross traffic to go to a DIFFERENT gas station to get it.

The lady that works at night has NO IDEA what she is doing. She keeps over charging me for monsters and doesn't know how to sell me a case without taking them out individually and scanning them. She has dark hair and I think blue eyes. Everyone else is awesome. But she needs to go.

I was filling my Harley and after talking to my friend I noticed that I was charged for 25 gallons of gas and my bike only holds 6 gallons so that is 19 more gallons then my bike holds and I don't have a reserve, what a rip off. I complained to the cashier so she gave me a free soft drink.

Their name matches their gas station. Pumps are designed to make you go inside, half the time they don’t work. I hate getting ripped off :/
