I’ve hired this company twice now through my homeowners warranty and both times they have delivered in a timely, efficient manner. Their call centers books the appointment fast and stays in close communication.
The first time we hired them was a few months ago when their tech was able to fix our AC after two years of dealing with five different providers that couldn’t. Now Connor came to our house and fixed the sink’s food garbage disposal in 20 minutes. Excellent service every time.

Anthony is superb at communication and customer care. Needed electrical services to check on some flickering issues through home shield and, even though no issues were present, Anthony Green was just the epitome of professionalism. He was pleasant, polite, and I felt very at ease asking questions.

One of our breakers kept tripping in our spare bedrooms. My Home Warranty connected me with Ideal Services. Anthony Green was the electrician who came out and diagnosed the problem. The ceiling fan in my spare bedroom was causing the breaker to trip. He came out and installed our new ceiling fan. It was a super easy process. Anthony was super professional, nice and communicative throughout the process.

We've had Ideal Services out to our house a few times over the last 2-3 years, and they've been stellar. They have helped us with a new electrical panel, various plumbing issues (Osvaldo and Dane just saved our kitchen sink from a bad clog), and recently stuck with us to get to the bottom of & fix a month-long multi-story leak in our house (shout-outs to Connor and Alex for their aid during that saga). Anthony Green came to fix our outlets and light switches that were not working. He was able to locate the issues right away and had our power running back up in minutes. He educated us on how to run test of issues arise again.
