Kohl's

Wonderful, clean spacious restrooms. Both this Kohl's and the Kohl's on Blue Diamond and Decatur have super friendly employees, short lines (lots of cashiers) and the stores are big and comfortable to go shopping with my kids.
I especially love that I can order ANYTHING online and return in store if it doesn't fit quite right or I just don't like it. This is the how I buy all of my son's school clothes. Either that or buy several pants or shorts online that are the brand and size we liked best from last year.

I want to say, thank you for all your help Carmela. My experience at the cashier stand was awesome. I didn't need to take credit card out, everything was done on my phone right away. That's my favorite one to go to on Valley Verde. There is another location at the Galleria Mall, but it's not the same...

Huge shout out to Nan! My checkout experience was phenomenal due to her! She took the time to thoroughly explain the app, the rewards, and all of the benefits of becoming a rewards member too! My favorite part was it had nothing to do with the Kohls credit card either. She took the time to really smile, be friendly, and just make the experience better. If Nan was having a bad day that day, you couldn’t ever tell. Thank you, Nan for all you do and your dedication to helpful and heart centered service! If you don’t know, Nan… yeah, you should checkout with her next time!

Shopped at Valle Verde Kohl’s last evening.The two young ‘smiling’ cashiers (one originally from NY & the other gal was originally from Ohio) were so helpful, kind, friendly & professional. Would like them to know—walking out the door

As I previously stated, she was very friendly, very efficient and went out of her way to try to find me a box for the glass object that I purchased. Very knowledgeable. And Considerate.

LOVE Valle Verde location! The entire staff (including Sephora) is amazing. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. It’s clean, items are spread out right, and they have an Amazon drop off! Then they give you a coupon for shopping. Doesn’t get much better than that. I also enjoy being greeted at the door when walking in. Love the vibe! Such a Great location. Thank you!
