Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

Smog check guys were awesome. Fast and friendly and allowed car questions not relating to my smog.

Great prices clean, good beer prices

it's always a little dirty outside in the staff inside you could tell is underpaid because they're just never happy

All the other Terrible Herbst that I have gone to have the new Coke machines except for this one. So even though this is the closest to me , I have to drive past it to a store that has what I want to drink while I get gas.

The old man behind the counter yelling at my kids simply for touching a toy when he could have just said something to me who was right on front of him or ask them to stop was highly inappropriate I would have done the receipt survey or feedback but was not offered a receipt. He was very short and rude from beginning to end 2/22/23 3:30pm

Half the gas pumps don't work and none of them carry paper to produce receipts. The cashiers are usually nice. But it would be more convenient to get your pumps up and running.

I usually can care less about a gas station. But when they don't restrooms for customers to me that's a big deal. Specially when they have a automotive service Dept. Right next to it. On top of that the location. They are located on the biggest highway that connects the 2 major cities in southern Nevada. Las Vegas and Henderson. They will never get my business again that's for sure. Thanks terrible herbst.

Just purchased something from there and while i wasn't looking she let the customer behind me take what u bought and leave....
I asked her about as soon as i turned around and was told "i dont know i wasnt looking"...
So if i steal back she cant be mad
Cause what she LET HAPPEN IS ILLEGAL.
