Walmart Supercenter

Great pickup service, the attendant followed through on an order I placed, which I did not arrive on the time alloted. I asked the attendant about my order in the parking lot as he was finishing up with another customer. He did try to contact me via my cell phone, which works when it wants do. He followed through, I appreciate his caring and professionalism. I do recommend this Walmart Supercenter.

It's my local go to spot. Some days they have my stuff, but it's usually hit or miss. The two items I wish I would see are Lamb chops. Almost never does this location stock this item. The other is Ramen noodles in a plastic bowl that IS NOT spicy. Why are the shelves stocked with 98% spicy? You need to have more non-spicy on the shelves please. The negative with people stealing. Things are locked behind a case and you can wait 5 extra minutes for each item locked up. Walmart is becoming more and more inconvenient when shopping inside.

My usual pharmacy were out of my medication. So I Had my Doctor send it to this pharmacy. The staff had to contact my insurance to be able to fill my prescription.Richard the pharmacy tech and Jimmy the head pharmacist went out of their way to fill my prescription. I am so thankful for them treating me compassion and understanding and great customer service. Also I did not have to wait. They filled it right away. Also felt like a friend or person not another number.I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family!!! Thank you for the Great costomer service!!!

This review is for the Walmart Bakery. Ms.Brittany is AMAZING. On the day of my daughter's birthday another Walmart location notified me at 7 in the morning that they could not make the cake I had ordered a week in advance. Panicked I went into this location to see if they could accommodate me. Ms. Brittany went out of her way to help me find something they could squeeze in last minute. Her customer service was kind,professional and and genuine. The finished product was beautiful and my daughter was so appreciative. Ms.Brittany is truly committed to her job and is a shining beacon of what customer service looks like. Thank You so much Ms.Brittany and Walmart Bakery.

The highest adulation goes to Anissa Jones who is the BEST of the BEST in customer service! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and caring personality shine through. Walmart should recommend her for management.

Please have her train others in the store on giving great customer service and doing multiple tasks. Kudos Anissa for being a gem at Walmart!

I just picked up my groceries from Walmart and it was the best experience I’ve had with Walmart pickup. I come to pickup about twice a month and never has my experience been as good as today, all because of Katie. Her positive demeanor brightened my day and she was very thorough going through all my substitutions. This isn’t 5 stars for Walmart it’s 5 stars for Katie. Give her a raise Walmart.

The employees are always nice, they don't stare at you like a hawk in the self check out line or have security stand behind you while you check out. Most of the items are not locked away and whenever I look confused because I am confused someone comes up to me to help me find what I'm looking for I don't have to search for an employee for help.

I loved this store especially the clearance aisle. I got what I needed and I saved money at the same time. Great location, great price and great people.

Eva. At the return merchandise is a wonderful person. I was returning items. They just bearly closed . I ask please can you do this return. That I was from Boulder city and the drive . Mini from apparel was awesome! Very helpful and took us to everything we needed. She turned my feelings about this store around!

Can't connect to the Wi-Fi without verifying a web page and cell phone service doesn't work in the store and you can't find anything without the Walmart app because there aren't people helping you find stuff... I've been to the store three times and each time my cell phone doesn't work at all and their Wi-Fi doesn't allow me to connect. This is the only Walmart I have this problem at. I've never had this problem in any other store before. I actually tried to pick up a prescription here and I had to walk outside to get my insurance to load on my phone and then walk back inside to pick up my prescription because their Wi-Fi wouldn't allow me to connect. I waited to post this review and tried Wi-Fi at three other Walmarts over the last couple weeks and I've had no issues. I went back to this Walmart a couple days ago and I still can't connect to the Wi-Fi. With how bad cell services in this store they really need to get the Wi-Fi working or they need to have people that tell you where things are.

Generally good, I can find almost everything and their prices are usually affordable. As for the staff that works at Walmart, almost all of them are friendly but there are others who do not have a good attitude.

Prices and store conditions are fine.
I WOULD like to see this:
If someone uses self checkout, and the person double checking at the door has line of sight to self check area, and sees that you have gotten ASSISTANCE while checking out, do they REALLY need to look over your purchase before you leave?
If you don't trust people (many times warranted) go back to regular check stands. It's the same labor allocation.

The Walmart in Henderson On Lake Mead and Boulder is tremendous. You’ll find the best employees working there especially Debbie who works in the front & as you check out she has some positivity for you. Wallmart needs more employees like her.

I love this pickup location. The store is okay inside, but kinda messy in some areas, like shoe Dept . I mainly go for grocery pickup. What I like is the access to the pickup area is directly off the side street McLeod. You pull in and pickup is on the right. The workers are fast and friendly. This location has the best pickup because you don't have to drive through the parking lot to get to the pickup area. The Walmart parking lots are dangerous and here you eliminate all that risk. Try it you will definitely be back!

A++ Walmart is amazing this location has great staff outstanding customer service and, the deli has hot nice chicken and, there deli meats are fresh.

Amazing staff and shoppers! My youngest who is Non-verbal autistic slipped away as I turned for a second. I asked an employee if he had been seen, and she directed me to another employee who immediately raised the alarm. I saw so many people, employees and shoppers jump up and eady to help.
As panicked as I was and embarrassed that I had let my eyes off of him for a second I felt at ease a bit knowing the whole store was ready to look out for this child, some may see it otherwise, I'm just thankful for such an amazing community.

He was found by the toy section without any concern 😩😩 Literally minutes later but felt like an eternity. I just wanted to come and give a review about how grateful I am to the customer service, compassion, urgency and reassurance I felt from the store staff and the shoppers.

I drove here from Laughlin to buy root beer popsicles because they don't sell them on the other side of the river. This store is like most other Walmart stores other than this one was well stocked compared to the Arizona stores.

I have been living overseas for the last 3yrs and got excited taking pics to share with friends. Nice clean store and friendly staff.

My go to for quick pick ups. Even with big crowds I can get in and out fast.

My go to Walmart for grocery shopping! I've noticed the prices here are a bit cheaper than the one on marks st. Always have what I need, the Walmart app scanning feature helps a lot as well.

Also they decorated their entrance so cute for Halloween! Posted photo here 😊🎃 love it!
