Excellent customer service!

We purchased a bike for my 3 year old grandson from Santa. On December 23 rd when assembling the bike we found out that it was defective. We drove to three different Target stores that supposedly had the bike in stock according to the app-none of them had the bike. We then tried calling stores that had the bike according to the app. Customer service at every store just disconnected the call. Until we called this location that is. They not only took my call, they went to the back to confirm that it was in stock and then held it at customer service until we could drive 30 minutes to get there.

Customer service saved Christmas for us!

Always friendly service. Pick up is awesome. Within 2 hours my order is ready and so far everything has always been available and in stock.

Love the air fryer oven,good price for something that I use almost everyday

One of the least crowded Targets around, used to be a not so well-kept secret among the Southeastern Hendertuckians. There's a Sprouts and a Chick-fil-A opening down the block soon, so I expect it to get crowded.

I had the best customer experience at this target, all thanks to one person that was willing to go above and beyond to help me. Thank you (Aliya) for making Target a great experience. Usually when I come to this target customer service here is HORRIBLE and MANAGEMENT is even more HORRIBLE!! Aliya was so happy to help me and I only want to come to this target if she is working!! I am only giving 5 STARS FOR ALIYA customer service!!

Was shopping for fabric softener, then started looking all around of items and toys my son. Good target store to shop. Awesome 😁

I love Target! Staff are always helpful and friendly, stores are clean and offer variety of products! Always a cashier avail. , not just self-checkouts, which i dislike!!! I believe in paying the people, not the computers!!! I have always liked Target much better!! Thank you Target!!

Just like Walmart, a little more high end and a bit pricey for some stuff and not as wide of a selection in the grocery department!!!!

Love visiting this Target when I go & visit my Son & his family . Came across this " art" hmm reminds me of my preschoolers doodles which really is art !

I've been shopping at this location since it opened. Store is clean, pretty well stocked and I have always found the employees to be friendly and helpful.

From the moment we went it was great. They had a gentleman cleaning each shipping cart. The Starbucks was quick and friendly. Every employee who walked by us said hello. (That never happens anymore). The cashier noticed my Chucky mask and was talking to me about it. Friendly but quick. Overall the best target I have been to.

I’ve been shopping here for years, and it’s much better than Walmart in my opinion. I haven’t had any bad experiences here, although the times thy take down and set up seasonal items is a bit weird. Would recommend if you need something quick and decently priced.

Not many people nice and clean and quiet had most everything we needed

Really Great experience. I have not shopped at Target often since I worked there 26yrs ago ( not kidding folks). But I was thoroughly impressed with the return/refund process and the very upbeat, positive and proffesional associate that handled it. I also noticed all the associates had all of those characteristics as well. A Very surprisingly impressive & enlightening experience

Just moved here from Los Angeles so my experience in every Target is normally about the same..over crowded isles and not so friendly associates. Really surprised coming here. Still has Targets exceptional charm( such as cleanliness, variations, etc) but here just entering the door the associates were so nice and friendly, helpful and happy... we had a really sweet cashier .It was great to see really enjoyed the experience here.

My Purchased item was quickly retrieved for me and very friendly service! Also This Target still has its food court!!! And A Starbucks!!! Its a little out the way for me but I do enjoy a Target and Starbuck together with some popcorn on the way home after spend money on things I didn't know I needed. It's like a reward😂😂...

Nice and large target. Has pretty much what you need for the house.

When ever I come in to this Target, I feel welcomed right away. The staff is always nice, whenever I need help I can find an employee with in 20 seconds, and if they don't know themselves, they help me find some body who does know. Really a great store, that really makes its guests feel welcomed! What more could you want?

Staff very friendly! I had a recent surgery performed so I have a hard time caring heavy stuff right now. The staff was more than welcome to carry my stuff to my truck for me. Everything is always stocked and neatly presented. Love my target !

Drive up pickup was easy to place, prompt results. Always reliable and friendly service at this location. Very pleased!!!
