Harbor Freight Tools

I returned a tool I purchased online at Henderson store. It only took about 15 minutes to return receive a new tool. They were just great and made it very easy to exchange this product. I expected resistance when I went there but to my surprise I didn't receive any resistance, just cooperation. Very please with Henderson Harbor freight.

Always have more things I find that I need once I get there. Went to grab a watch pin repair kit for $4.99 I finally made it out of the store after spending almost $100. I couLd not control myself as usual. I have to stay away. ( That will never happen) staff always ahelful.and courteous.

Amazing staff. I placed a few orders lately and had to go on and check the status as I wasn't getting any emails. Dawn was great. She was always help to check on the status of my item.

Great Store. Good variety of hardware and automotive needs. The place has moderate prices with numerous sales and spot items. Get on the mailing list for coupons specials. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional.

I like this Harbor Freight because they have a larger selection of tools than most Harbor Freights. Main problem is that you have to actually go through the store aisle by aisle to find merchandise

Convenient location. Fully stocked and the advertised sale items are in stock in abundance
Counter staff very friendly. Store clean. Parking is a bit tight.

Great place and products. Cashiers extremely nice. Very Clean. Organized and easily identifying category of aisles. Definitely recommend.

I went out of my way to go to this location because I had never been. The store looked bigger from the outside and the very nice cashier needed longer arms.

The go to for project tools and such. Staff is usually laid back and for the most part helpful. Store is stocked well and clean.

I always stop at this place if I'm passing it by. Went in to see whats new.... BAM! 11" zip ties for $1.49 Instant Saving got 5 packs! I had to get out of thT store quick before I spend too much money. C00L store.

The tarta sauce the potato salad everything on their menu is amazing, try it you will love it. I promise you have to taste n see for yourself. Go to the Rollin smoke on the strip, the people the staff everyone is so professional and very pleasant.

They have lifetime warranties on their tools from Pittsburgh products their prices are amazing and the supervisor at this location was excellent.

They also just added this new product line of home cameras they are similar to ring except at half the price!

I came here filled with excitement looking for my very own staple gun. I was a little excited to finally purchase my own to add to my little tool collection. Lol. So imagine my happiness disintegrating when I walk up to the shelf and they're all gone! So the manager asked one of the employees if he could help me. Let me tell you, Brandon went above and beyond to find me that staple gun! He looked everywhere and finally found me one. I was beyond ecstatic to be able to purchase my staple gun. Thank you so much Brandon for going above and beyond to help me that night! You have no idea how much I appreciate it!

If your looking for Snap-On quality then this is not the store for you. However if your looking to buy a tool that may break because you don’t know what your doing this is the place for you. In all seriousness, harbor freight has come along way with their quality. I would not buy many of their power tools, however, most homeowners would be happy with their selection and pricing.

Its my place for economic tool's is no the best but it is very servicial department tool's 🔧 area...?
