Walked in the front door, and the third employee I see is Jessica, who greets me with a huge genuine smile as she watering her flowers. She then gives me an awesome sales pitch and takes the time to help me out! The takeaway from my experience is that she really did care, and that's why I shop at HEB.

I love shopping in here have all my foods that I do clean items in there shelves easily to grab need help for high shelves helps there just ask. Bakery/meat fresh everyday what more you could ask for.

I love both of my H-E-B on WW White and on New Braunfels they are helpful from the bakery on down they are so helpful and I thank them I feel less pressure when I go into the store .😁

I never have any issues at this HEB. It's easy to spot from the road, and Rosie, in the flower/balloons department, is awesome. She was really nice the whole time she was helping me with some balloons.

I went for the Sushi. It’s always fresh. Was disappointed my spring rolls did not come with peanut butter sauce. Sushi was good.

People are so pleasant and friendly. The store is always clean. I saw 1 employee helping a person with their shopping all the way to checkout. Incredible.

I went in for a money order. The location was clean, and the staff gave me directions to the business center. In and out in less than 5 minutes. As they say, Here Everything's Better.

Wonderful service especially in the Deli I can't remember his name but he was working so hard. I asked him can I taste the Cajun Fried Turkey. Omg 8t was good so added more. He was so busy he had line but always had a smile 😌. Good customer service.

Beautiful HEB in the Brooke City Base area. Great Deli, bakery and plenty of parking.

I really love HEB. I dnt have to brake the bank to buy food and put it on the table and they just have better stuff here as well. Also very friendly

They have a bit more of my shopping list in stock. Lotsa options. Bring a shopping cart from outside, I seldom find one inside.

So I'm here at this H-E-B on W.W.White and M.L.K. I am totally impressed by Ms. Jessica who is going around picking up even the smallest piece of paper off the ground and making sure the American flags at the entrance are flying high no wonder this store is always clean i like coming here everyone is very nice.

Everything was very organized workers were very helpful in directing you to products.. very clean people were friendly..

Before the night is over I just gotta give kuddos for great customer service from Jeremiah today he was working at the florist department 🙌👏. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right price for my candy basket for Valentine's I brought . Now a days you don't come around great customer service like that, he went the extra mile . He was awesome. I patiently waited for Jeremiah while he was making sure on the price he even gave his Store Manager a call ♥ . I truly felt like I wasn't just a customer more like family to HEB how Jeremiah took care of me . 🥰 Thank you very much Jeremiah. I can't be more appreciated with his great customer service. I even brought it to one of the managers attention today . Awesome job and keep up that great customer service Jeremiah 🙌👏

I've been coming to heb#22 for over 20 years and let me tell you. Every time I come they always welcome me. And make me feel like family as well as I do in return. They always help me awesome work y'all do.

I do like this HEB. It's not overly big, but not too small either. Nice/polite employees, inside this HEB there is one of those phone repair shops that also sell many different kinds of cell phone. Speaking of cell phones, inside this location is a phone recycling machine. It pays you on the spot in cash or gift card for your old, non working mobile devices.

They have a lot of things that come in handy for everything. Yesterday I saw a large pitcher with 4 or 5 plastic medium sized or tall cups inside pitcher for 5.99...good deal.
