Went to get a power chair for a family member after having done a small amount of research. The Store Manger, Shevon B took helped us out. She was great to work with - knowledgable, friendly, personable. We were able to try many different chairs to compare and contrast with her poroviding insights and help along the way. The whole experience was very positive and we were able to get the right equipment at a fair price.

I rented mobility scooter from your place. It was first time to use it. The staffs taught me how to use it for five minutes. Easy to ride and comfortable. Pride GoGo Ultra with four wheels and removed four things and easy to carry. This scooter is SUPER!!!!!! Thanks so much for all staffs.

I highly recommend this place. I rented some wheelchairs for my parents and the staff was very helpful and kind. They answered all of my questions.

There is always homeless at night that squat in front of the building and if u ask me they should put a fence around the front of the store to keep the loitering at night 🌙 to rest . Or if they put some spikes on the ground by the 🪟 window then they couldn't sit all night in front of the store and loitering is not ok

I am beyond grateful for the assistance I've received from Travis and the AME team. I live in a townhome-style home that has three flights of stairs, which is NOT accommodative for someone who suffered a bad sports injury and required a lot of outside help. AME was able to set me up with a fully electric hospital bed on my main floor living room so that I could easily access the household essentials, as well as get into positions that provided comfort for my leg.
Thanks to the bed and side table, I've been far more comfortable throughout the day & night. Something my own bed would not have been able to provide.
If I ever need help again, I will definitely use AME and would highly recommend AME to others for any medical equipment requirements.

I was looking for a lift chair for my mother and was greeted with friendly, and knowledgeable help when I entered Access Medical Equipment on Aurora Avenue. Access has a great selection of lift chairs, and I found — and rented —a lovely chair for her. There was a snafu in the delivery process, and Access management was quick to take responsibility and to take steps to right the situation — including covering the costs involved. I highly recommend them; their integrity and graciousness — as well as the quality of their product— easily earns them 5 stars in my book.

I had a very excellent experience with Access Medical Equipment today. Shevon was very helpful and knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions as I was choosing a walker and a shower bench for my 90-year-old mother. The store was well-organized, neat and bright. They have a warranty, on-site repair of walkers purchased at their store. Shevon even helped me carry items out to my car! I will make sure I send my patients to this facility. Thank you.

I visited Access Medical Equipment today to shop for a rollator (rolling walker). I was greeted promptly and given courteous help from an associate. She showed me the various options available and briefed me on how to use a rolling walker, how to set the height, etc. Throughout, she was considerate of my comfort and needs. She gave me the prices for rental or purchase. She also noted they have an option to rent for a week and apply the first week rental to the purchase price. Prices are also discounted for previously rented equipment. The options they had were great, and the pricing was similar to what I've seen online for similar quality models (or same models). I didn't buy on today's trip as I'm still debating if this is something I need, but I appreciated the help and information immensely. I will absolutely go back when it's time to purchase and recommend others do the same.

Excellent service. I walked in to find a wheelchair to rent for my mom to use at an outdoor wedding where there would be rough ground but didn’t know what to ask for. The chair they recommed worked out perfectly.

These guys are great. Was trying to find a motorized, standalone EMS style "stair chair" for negotiating stairs for my mother who has lost mobility, and the Internet was overwhelming me with options. Spoke to Charlie on the phone who demystified the process and products and ended up buying one he recommended the next day from the owner, Travis. I knew it was a legit reco since the same brand kept showing up in my own research, but I just needed more detail and confirmation from someone in the know. These guys were patient, sympathetic to my mother' plight and were very reasonable with the price. Highly recommended.

We purchased a motorized scooter for a family member at this location. It has been a wonderful experience! We were helped tremendously by people who patiently showed us the whole gamet of options and my husband was able to ride out with the perfect choice of electric scooter. We've had it now for 3 months and it has positively changed our lives. This wonderful store not only sells a wide variety but also does repair work when needed.

I've rented a wheelchair a couple of times from Access Medical. Once, I had to keep extended the rental and they were very flexible and kind... Even when I didn't realize I had the chair longer than planned! The price was fair and the quality of the chair was great. It was actually brand new. I've called multiple times and have always had great customer service.

Needed to rent a wheelchair for my mother while visiting the area for a family reunion. I worked with Deanie and she was incredible and super accommodating, even staying at the store 45 minutes past closing as we were driving from the airport later than expected. She then helped me figure out how to load the wheelchair into a very full van. Traveling with mobility challenges is hard enough, but Access Medical Equipment demonstrated a rare level of customer service, compassion and friendliness that reduced our stress level tremendously. They were fantastic! Thank you!

I had a very good experience with this business. I recently had unexpected surgery and needed a variety of items; lift chair, hospital bed, walker etc. I chose to rent many of the items, which is so great, because who wants to own these items if you don't need them long term? I found that they do not take insurance, but I was able to submit my receipt to my insurance for some reimbursement.

The thing that really stood out to me was how quickly they could delivery the items. And, all the equipment I rented was in perfect 'like-new' condition.

There is a wide choice of medical equipment, etc., all in good condition for rental or purchase. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The rental charge is very reasonable. I would not hesitate to return again if and when needed and recommend to others. It is conveniently located with ample parking.

Charlie at Access is great! I called about a broken wheel on my wheel chair and he generously described my options for repair, referred me to a place that might have used parts (even including giving me the phone number) and educated me on the cheapest, easiest and most convenient options. Charlie is a gem!

We had a great experience getting all the equipment we needed to help my husband after back surgery. They had several options for each need we had (toilet seats, shower stability/accessibility, etc) so we were sure to find something that worked for our particular bathroom & house. They delivered the lift chair we needed to our house, which was so helpful, as I didn't have the capability to pick it up, unload it, etc. Having the equipment we needed made an unknown and scary situation seem so much more manageable. The person that helped me had many suggestions and solutions I hadn't thought of but needed. Knowledgeable staff, great products, many choices, easy location, easy parking. Thank you for being such a great help!

I went into the store to get compression socks for tendonitis in my foot. The socks were too tight and hurt too much to wear them. Greg McGough was so incredibly helpful! He would NOT stop searching for a solution until he found one! He finally landed on a pair of compression socks that had come in the mail that day that were less strong, fit perfectly, had the perfect amount of support - and to top things off, he gave them to me for free!

We are from Alaska and husband had shoulder surgery in Seattle. We requested a power lift chair and small left-hand table to be delivered to our hotel room by the time husband was discharged from the hospital and picked up the morning we checked out. The only hiccup was that we received a right-hand table instead of the left-hand table. When I called Access, they immediately owned the mistake and, since a left-hand table was unavailable, we were credited the cost of the table rental and allowed to use it for the week anyway. It was a pleasure working with this company and we highly recommend them to anyone who may need to rent equipment. This company will work hard to ensure you are satisfied.
