Been here few times now and had really good experiences! Was helped by Jorge today who was very patient and personable. Having been a T Mobile customer for almost a decade, can’t complain and there’s a reason I never switched! Thanks to the team for making every encounter and upgrade easy and seamless.

Have to give a rave review to Jaz'Myne at this location, who helped me and my elderly parents switch over from AT&T and get new phones. She was knowledgable and very patient through lots of little hiccups in the process. I hate going into these types of situations because I feel like there is typically a lot of pushy sales pressure to upgrade and add-on every possible service, which just isn't how my parents roll. Jaz'Myne was not pushy at all and was just lovely to work with.

We just experienced wonderful customer service from Blanca at the Lake City Seattle T-mobile store! She was knowledgeable, and patient. We couldn't have asked for better help. Thank you Blanca!

store manager was super helpful, he answered all my questions and was able to get me a very accurate estimate to the phone i ended up getting

The staff is very knowledgeable but the store is overused so their supply is limited. I had to go to Lake City office to get a better selection.

i got a new phone today and dan was just absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. he gave me honest feedback on what phone would work for me and made me laugh the whole time. great manager!! go to this location if you want to get set up with a new plan and dans team will take care of you.

Outstanding service from Maria and Nic. I spoke with Nic about a week ago, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came back and had the best experience with Maria--she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying an iphone and am extremely happy with the service I received. Maria was very thorough but also concise, did not waste my time, was very informative and has a great personality. She was so wonderful that I will be coming back soon to buy my wife a phone at this location.....she loves what she does and it shows. she is the manager and I highly suggest working with her to get the best deal and service on a phone.

This place rocks! I've been here a total of 4 times in the last few years and each time is wonderful and pleasant. The employees are nice, laid back, and offer plenty of help when you ask.

The store is always clean and neat. They could expand their product availability a bit, or fill up the space with more product, but it's a fantastic place to take care of T-Mobile business.

I went to get a new phone and line, the mobile expert Effy was amazing. She was really nice and helped me with everything I needed. Would definitely come back. 10/10!

I just opened a new account and everyone in the store was very nice. Especially Jimmy was super helpful. He was patient and explained thoroughly every steps. He even tried to get a better promotion that I did not know. Very positive experience and I will recommend all of my friends to go to this location if they need any help. Thanks!!

I stopped in today @ 6pm after already going to 2 other Tmobile stores. Nobody was able to help me at the other stores. Everyone gave me the run around. I was on the phone with several people for over an hour until I finally came here. The 2 employees inside, I wish I knew their names, were amazing. They solved my unsolvable problem in under 3 minutes. I couldn’t believe it! So grateful! I would highly recommend this store to the other ones in the area. Thank you again for being so kind & offering me solutions!

Great service at this location - super friendly staff who will go above and beyond to make sure you understand promos, plans, etc. Shout out to Ewanei, who was a joy throughout our particularly tricky order.

Stopped by to get my sim card transferred into my new phone. Very quickly done, and he also told me how to do some other things on my phone and showed me covers and screen protectors. Very nice and helpful, great experience.

Needed a new phone. Old phone was barely recharging and I didn't know my Goggle password. Cesar was not phased. He helped get me set up, transfer my 1600 pictures while tracking and making sure other customers in the queue were being served. My definition of superior service.
