Josh at the Draper location (11400 South location near Scheels) was amazing! He helped us get all the data transferred over to our new phones and answered all our questions about our new lines we added and even assisted us with a phone call to customer service. He was very patient helpful and kind. And on top of that he was able to juggle 3 other customers while helping us. His coworker left to the back for over an hour while he took care of everyone on his own. Josh is a very good example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond! Thank you Josh!

I absolutely love my new phone. One issue is this location gets packed, so if you don't mind waiting 30 min. They need more staff.

Needed help with my new iphone. Uziel helped me for hours with an update, transferring my data and getting me sorted with a new sim card.

After being with Verizon for 20 years we switched over to T-Mobile. Viviana and Mario helped us with EVERYTHING. They were so extremely helpful, even helping set up auto pay, rebates, Netflix, everything. Yes I could have figured it out on my own but just getting it done there was so nice. We are saving $100+ per month and have no disruption in service at all. Very, very happy with the switch and would definitely recommend this location!

Cruz was awesome in helping us out on several different occasions! He helped us out with adding a kids sync watch to our plan, then with adding the gateway internet as well! He was super quick and efficient and very easy to communicate with!

The ladies that work at this location are awesome! They helped me get my plan fixed that was screwed up by a different T-Mobile location in Cedar City. I highly recommend this location. They worked with me for over two hours to get my issue fixed and were so nice and kind. They even offered me a bottle of water because of the long wait time with T-mobile customer service.

I went to check for a new phone plan. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dodge took care of everything and gave me very good advice and info on products and plans. It was all very clear and straightforward. I highly recommend this store and team.

After 5 hours on hold with T-Mobile 611, he was able to help me immediately.
He knew what the problem was, was very kind and able to listen. I would highly recommend going to the T-Mobile store, rather then talk to the miserable 611 support.

Best experience in as long as I can remember! ADRIAN has a gift in working with people. Due to the time of year, we did have to wait in line a bit but after working with ADRIAN for just a few minutes I had forgotten all about it. And, when it was our turn, we had his undivided attention. I didn't feel pressured at all, he explained everything simply and we left happy with an amazing deal! I’ve been given the best customer service in my life by this store. Spencer is the best. He has spent hours, yes, hours helping me switch over, and get my billing correct. I’m really happy with T-mobile’s service in general, but Spencer took it to a whole new level of awesome. I cannot say how much I appreciate the care I’ve received from this store, and honestly T-mobile in general. I am so happy I switched.

I don’t usually leave reviews but if you happened to receive the best customer service you’ve ever had you can’t help it.
We were so lucky to work Wesley on switching carrier and getting new phones. Because my indecisiveness I ordered the 11 then later realized I wanted 11 pro for multiple reasons. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient! I have dealt with tons of Reps over the phone and in person before. No one I mean NO ONE come close to him. The amount of passion and expertise he had was very comforting to us as consumers. He made us feel relaxed and well taken care of! Despite all the hassle we put him thru he was still extremely courteous til the end.
I really wish everyone in this industry can actually CARE about what they do and CARE about customers the way he did. Bravo Wes!

Natalie (i spelt that wrong i am so sorry) was INCREDIBLE. Absolutely amazing. We weren’t sure if we were gonna get our phone service here but the service was so fantastic we HAD to. Everyone in the store was friendly, helpful, and overall outstanding. I cannot stress this enough this store is the go to. Martin was also so helpful and friendly. Get these people raises asap (idk how much they’re being paid but they should be paid more)

These guys were great! Quinn is very knowledgeable and took a ton of time going over several plans for a family of 5! He spent even more time helping us pick out phones and accessories! He was very happy to do so! I had heard a lot of negative about T- Mobile, I am glad we went in and now have our own personal opinion! They have proven to be just as great at every other encounter! Doug was amazing! He helped us so much with getting a new phone, and was so patient while we had to figure some things out. I ended up walking out with my phone fully working and everything transferred over (which has never happened before). He also made it so much fun and was so fun to talk to. Genuinely was a very good experience, and even though this T-Mobile is about 25 minutes away from me, I will definitely come here before anywhere else.
