Give you a pretty good rewards

personnel that works have always issues about themselves and don't really understand how the system works. You have to reason out to them to get your rewards after 60 days for only 5 cents what a big hassle.. Some of their choice of words are very demeaning.

Fuel Rewards refuses to give me the 50¢ reward I earned thru them using their link to order flowers over Valentine's Day. It has been over a month and I still have received nothing from them. Supposedly within 2 to 4 weeks I was to receive a special discount code to enter on the website. Nothing! This program is about useless.

The most pathetic people around lacking the necessary level of intelligence to do the job they get paid for. The continually mess up my account and take forever to fix their mistakes even after almost 3 months. They have no clue of what customer service is and do not care about customer satisfaction. They should close their doors if they cannot do their jobs.

Shell fuel rewards is a scam. They don't always apply rewards to the pump as promised. They did that to me several times. When I complained about it to them on the app they never responded or applied the rewards as previously promised. They get money for our participation but often refuse to pass the savings on. Not worth the extra effort. Stay away. Don't be a victim.

Where is 0 star rating .... no training ... hard to understand.... even station managers don't know.... cheated me out of $50+$ and stopped pumping at 11.2 gallons .... customer service say "our pumps don't make mistakes! "
Gee then let's get rid of weights and measures

Consistently 10 cents per gallon over the competition. Cheat you out of gold status.

Horrible program. I spend roughly $20K a year on gas ($400/week) and I CAN NEVER GET MY REWARDS. We will not be using this anymore.

Absolutely awful service. No forgot password link. I finally got a customer service representative & they still havent fixed my account. This is pathetic.

I’ve had credit card for more than a year, and I’ve never received rewards.

Some of the worst customer service experiences I can remember having have happened with this company.
