Vapor Craft of Tuscaloosa

I live nearby so I frequently visit - extremely kind, helpful staff that are not only knowledgeable with regards to the industry, but also try to find the right product for you. I have not seen many places (esp. in this area) that have both that level of customer service and expertise. Friendly, happy to help staff that would talk to you about every product in their store if they had the time.

Family owned/operated, and as far as I know they do all of their own packaging, product making, etc. which helps them become extremely well versed in all of their products. They never are in a rush to get you to buy something or out of the store, but instead take the time to explain the differences between items, brands, products and it makes for a much better experience as a customer.

If you value good, friendly service and want to support a smaller family run business, I would definitely recommend Vapor Craft.

We have great selection and a front and back menu of every house flavor we carry. Every product has a price tag in front of it. We are very knowledgeable of all products and FDA regulations. We invite everyone to our Vape shop. We have all house line flavors in tester tanks to sample. Even Kevin can come try again. Look forward to seeing you all

A guy that works there named Joey is always extremely helpful and courteous! The rest of the workers are as well I've just know Joey the longest and dealt with him more. If you can't find a certain coil for your Vape or anything else just asked Joey and he'll probably order it if you can. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

The worker/owner was awesome! She offered us products as well. The prices are great! We will be returning!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They mix custom juices at your desired nicotine level, available in regular or salt nic. High Cotton is my personal favorite- tobacco flavor with notes of candied pistachio.

This is the place to go for quality vaping products and well informed merchants. They r very friendly and take time to explain whatever question u may have
