This store is the best! Great phones for cheap, best plan pricing around, no contracts, and super service. Mark helped me get a new Samsung phone with a case AND a screen protector for under $150 and its all paid for! They actually still have free phones too. I'm so glad I found this store, it's my new go-to!

Sat in front of the "be right back" sign for 20 minutes and called the number 2 times. If you're going to be gone longer, maybe add the time you will be back so we know to wait or not. Going to the Martinsburg store to try and upgrade there.

Mark/Mike was watching an inappropriate video when I came in. I heard loud moaning. Two men were making out with back room door open. Very unprofessional.
