Christopher R. was a true professional! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient with explaining the process to port over two lines. Even though the store was extremely busy on Sunday, both Christopher and his partner, went above and beyond to make sure everyone was acknowledged and taken care off. Great Teamwork! Excellent service.

Had to come in multiple times to troubleshoot some issues with my phone. The staff went above and beyond to help navigate options and eventually help me with my replacement. I had an unusual issue with my iPhone where I couldn’t send iMessages to iPhone users after going to Apple Store twice. I worked with who I presume was the manager of the store. He couldn’t resolve the issue, but he pointed me in the right direction in order to reach the right department at Apple. Great service. Did what he could. Would recommend going!

Tony is absolutely amazing! This location is a bit father away from me, but I stopped in based on all the great reviews and they still exceeded my expectations! I came in to look at early upgrade options a few weeks ago and he worked extensively providing several options and plans with zero pressure. He is incredibly knowledgable about all services and helped me find a solution tailored to me. I truly appreciate his patience, expertise, and kindness. Getting a new phone is sometimes stressful and he made the experience so easy and pleasant. It’s clear he cares about customers and not just trying to upsell. I’d recommend this store to anyone and will be personally driving the extra distance for any of my future phone needs.

The staff is always so nice and helpful here! I've been few times to ask various questions and I've always got help, and I've also got my broken screen protector on my iPhone replaced couple of times. Eden helped me last time and she was very friendly and professional and did a great and meticulous job replacing my iPhone screen protector. I highly recommend this store!

I got a new iPhone and was having all kinds of issues transferring data, etc. Went to the store and saw Stephen and he was amazing! Had great customer service, took his time explaining everything and got everything fixed on my phone and with my account. All the service reps were very polite and helpful.
