We went to the photo and framing station and Barbra was really helpful in getting us the best frames that fit our budget.

Shelves were well stocked with typical craft materials as well as Halloween and Thanksgiving decor. Easy and fast checkout as there were 2 cashiers.

Had been promising my son picture frames for years. Finally took him, Michael's was having a 70% off sale. The gentlemen that helped us was fantastic! Could not have asked for a better experience. 13 pictures for $1050 all custom matted and framed. Saved $260 opening a Michael's credit card. Would highly recommend the Hagerty location.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. All employees that I've encountered have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. On 11/29, I purchased a tree and also had to cancel an online order. Christian was absolutely wonderful and even loaded the tree into my car for me. He provided excellent customer service, and I will return in the future for many crafting/decor needs. Thank you!

Employee was very helpful, when I asked where to find colored pencils the employee directed me to 2 locations. At checkout, the cashier was very friendly and helped me figure out which coupons were best to use.

My primary experience is in the picture framing department (Aaron Brothers), which does great work, gives good advise and is overall helpful in selecting a frame, even when it doesn't involve ordering a custom made one, but buying a frame off the shelf on a "Do It Yourself" basis. And, when encountering a nice framer, as I have earlier today in the afternoon, you'd walk to the cashier to pay for a shelved frame you picked, which the framer helped you over the counter put your picture into it at no framing charge.

Real nice cashier. I accidentally bought my wedding flowers w/ my credit card, not realizing I had gift cards. She was nice enough to refund & use my gift cards. Thanks Nicole! Job well done...😄

Omg!! I absolutely LOVE MICHAEL'S. CUTEST halloween stuff around. And I got a FREE FELT PUMPKIN BASKET! with my purchase. I was super excited when the gentleman at the register told me :-) great prices too. Wish they had a really good rewards program though. This location is awesome. Super clean. Really well organized. Prices are easily visible. Polite staff. You guys do have to jump on the reusable bag bandwagon. I would love to see reusable bags especially ones with holiday themes too. Even if you charge $1 for it. I would totally purchase it! Thank you for the lovely shopping experience. Btw Christmas stuff is already out!!
