Decided to stop in here for Recessed lights and was assisted by an employee by the name of Don. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I were able to get the best lights for our home project and a few great laughs with this guy. Front end staff and paint staff were very welcoming and respectful.

We will definitely visit this place again.

I shop the Haggerty location regularly. Excellent knowledgeable staff in the rental department. Easy in and out, reserve online before you go. The rest of the store is well-stocked. I can always leave with what I came in for. Keep up the great work!

Ordered a tiller online, delivered to my home. Box was damaged, halfway opened, no styro-foam, corner supports were all over, scratched, and bent on the front end. Looked like they kicked it off the UPS truck. I didn't even try to take it out of the box. Took it to my store (#2722) in Commerce, MI. Karen at the desk was wonderful, and so helpful! She called Home Depot, and we both talked to them- (I can't remember her name-she was also great!). I was given a full refund, and a discount on the re-order for my trouble. It will be shipped to the store, so they can examine it first. Karen has helped me before, with a big purchase- she is awesome! All the ladies at customer service were so nice! Wasn't happy with the delivery, but I am satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Greatcstore to browse through a vast range of goods. I am visiting from the UK so I found it very interesting with many of the products not found in stores in the UK. Had to make room in my case for some of the finds. Staff were very helpful and with stores like these, today use it or lose it as is the case at home..It is a much better experience than buying online in my opinion.

My husband and I completely remodeled our last home. Home Depot had everything we needed to turn a plain 1-story house into a beautiful 2-story colonial home. The staff happily helped find things - and even remembered my husband after only a few shopping trips. Their prices helped us keep within our budget, too.

Booby k was great cool guy. Helped me to clean my trailer’s mess that was created by loader and yes fast Hilo driver. Drivers need any help look for Mr. Jason, very helpful person.

Purchased paint this weekend for the bedroom. Sandy in paint was extremely helpful in picking paint colors and answering questions! Made the process so easy. She will be my go to person with every paint project.

I recently purchased windows for my sunroom addition. I compared several brands before settling on the Andersen 400 series. Home Depot gave me the best price amongst the 4 vendors. Alex, a Millwork specialist at the Commerce twp., MI location provided exemplary service-professional, kind, courteous, answered all (many!) questions I had and was in constant communication by email. Honestly, in my 25 years shopping at Home Depot I have found service that was good and bad, but Alex is the best, #1 on my list! Home Depot customer service should rise to this standard.

The girls at the return counter need some attitude training. Customers should not have to wait ten minutes because your pizza delivery has arrived. Customers come first. Phil in electric was amazing which is why I left a good review
