Amazing selection, friendly welcoming staff, super amazing local art displayed and Chef Victor produces, hand down, the BEST plant based food I've ever had. The flavor is stunning and I'm so very glad I gave it a try. I am officially a regular and look forward to trying even more :)

I absolutely love this store. Great place for vitamins and health products, but the best thing about this place is their wraps and sandwiches!!!! They are AMAZING. Chef Victor is the best!!!!

Been trying to get healthier snacks and this is the best place to shop for that..and more! They have bodycare, snacks, drinks, frozen items, essential oils. Whatever you can think of! Gluten free. Dairy free. Vegan. Just stop in and try something new!

This is one of the best stores in Massachusetts, period. Great customer service and supply of fine goods. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Especially, David, who's customer service and knowledge is superb. Free samples for one to try as well. I highly recommended it to anyone who cares about the health.

Although the store was out of a few items I wanted to purchase, due to supply chain issues, Chris was very helpful in suggesting alternatives. Such great customer service and I really enjoy shopping local and supporting Amesbury's retailers,

Chris (owner) is so helpful. A plethora of knowledge! If he doesn't have something you are looking for he'll do his best to either get it or suggest an alternative.

I'm not someone who is adventurous with food, and by no means someone who can spend a lot on "specialty items" just to try something different. Chris is very accommodating and always willing to back up purchases. Because of this I've tried new things that I never thought I would like (tofu!).

His sandwich board messages outside the store are hilarious!

health matters is a staple of the downtown amesbury community. both Chris and Rain are friendly and helpful. i love stopping in for a kombucha and snack midday. they carry honey mamas which are the most delicious vegan treat. can’t wait to see their new space.
