The owner amazed me by finding metal pieces, cutting them down to size to match the one I still had, and then taking the time to notch them to match. All at an incredible price. This man and his store are GEMS...thank you so much for helping!

This place has been here for over a century, but I'd never noticed it. They have everything, and the staff is knowledgable. I'll never go to Home Depot again.

The owner answers the phone when you call and he or one of his assistants help you locate what you want. If the item is not on the shelf, Eli will order it for you and call you when it has come in. He will take time to explain how something works. The prices are competitive and you don't wait in line at a register. A Home Depot is nearby, but why go there when you can get everything you need at basically the same price with service and attention to boot? Highly recommended.

I love this store and it is the kind of local business I want to have around. They carry most everything you need and you dont have to walk down long isles hoping to find what you need. The people who work there are always helpful. Skip the Home Depot and go here. Highly recommend for your hardware needs!

Forget those big name big-time stores. Support your neighborhood hardware stores, especially, if you have an older neighborhood house. So, don’t subject yourself to “I don’t think we have that” or “look over in aisle ??” Or “we don’t carry that”; You can be sure your neighborhood store will search every nook and cranny to find what you need.

This is my goto hardware store for plumbing and electrical needs. They have anything and everything you’re looking for. Way better than Lowes and The Home Depot. Prices are very reasonable.The owner is very friendly and helpful. 5 stars it is!

I have been going to C. H. for years ,i find it to be a excellent store . A very knowledgeable staff and owner , the price's are good and it has a great old time feel that is in danger of being lost. I highly recommend this hardware store.

I went there for multi use knife which have everythings in there in one things, try to find at home Depot , look around at the cardboard cutter area no, and no need to ask for assistant , just go to continental , they have anythings small Swiss knife , 2 different kinds , key chain muti use knife , whole alot of selection, highly recommend

Nothing like a neighborhood hardware store. These folks always hook me up with exactly what I need. Always a much better alternative to the obvious close-by box chain.
