Kappa is Korean counter sushi sheer delight! This Grocer/Carryout is as authentic and down to earth as it gets. Friendly staff, huge selection, moderate prices and well stocked with my go-to; the sushi. This is not your ordinary counter sushi! It is unbelievably delicious and fresh, at a ridiculously low price. And there’s dumplings, beef noodles and veggies, squid, fish, and a variety of other ready to grab creations. You can not go wrong here. Have a question, just ask. Add an aloe drink, cold coffee, or fruity beverage, crunchy salty seafood flavored snack, deserts or candy imported directly form Asia. You’re in and out in no time, even in betwen grocery shoppers. Kappa is what makes America great.

You can have many korean foods and snacks as well as some bento (see pictures).

Also there are some special menus (e.g. 순대, 족발, 만두, 떡 등)

I usually purchase cosmetic mask-packs lol.

I personally recommend you to try 제육볶음도시락, which is stirred-pork bento (see pictures)

Well stocked for its size, good prices, and the ready to eat banchan we picked up were delicious. We'll definitely be going back.

Nice selection of Korean groceries. Not as big as other places such as H mart or Galleria, but you’ll find most of the things you need. The best part is the side dishes (banchan) that the owner prepares. Very authentic and tastes good. You can also cater Korean foods from here for a party.

They have very good lunch box menue. Price is reasonable too. I definitely go and get those instead of unhealthy fast-food chains. Should call ahead since they will make to order and fresh to eat.

Great little Korean market with fresh produce. There is a lot packed in the store! Unfortunately, no alcohol sold here. But I love this place, everyone is friendly and helpful and they seem to have a kitchen in the back!

The cashier is a delight. If you need soup stock, or noodles, prepare to be amazed, because Kappa is clearly top tier for real ingredients.

Its not a Very big place, but they have a great selection of Korean groceries, plus Korean baked goods from Chicago.

I find everything I need for cooking Korean food over there. The store is amazing and the owner she is so friendly, they make u feel like they know from along time ago.

We have been going there for awhile costumer service is nice and the ladys give us free thing sometimes 10/10 recommended.

Good kimchi. Decent price. Wasn't the cheapest but for the big jar and how good it is. Ill be back.

It sells east asain products ranging from food to cookware to a few skincare products. One can also order Japanese and Korean cuisine to go.

Staff was so helpful and I was kind of lost. He even double checked if I could handle the spice of something I was purchasing, and it was determined I could not. Great store.

A wonderful place to shop they have a large variety of things you can cook. Also all of the food they precook taste delicious.

Great authentic Korean food! Good prices. Clean. The only drawback is the store is closed on Mondays.
