I had to go over 10 minutes drive when I want to come to this store, I wish is one closer by me buy it is ok.
I like how all is set up and the espace you have to walk in the aisles give you the experience of peac, calm you need to enjoy looking for what you need for your office.
They have almost all we need for the office and no matter you want to come fast and furious to pick up something and leave I sure you will find it.
Paper of course, tons....I can go over all they have but the experience of no have to see it on the screen and wonder how it will look or feel made my day to come here.
The lady at the shift after 6pm is totally super nice I never saw a woman smile and be happy from the time you lunch your stuff to pay until you leave, very nice experience y to have a nice person at the register or any place. It is a tall woman in case you will.not.missi it.

Recently purchased school supplies and things were easy to find with a good variety of selection.

I needed help with a return I had to send with ups and the associate helped me with printing the label and packaging the item. He was very friendly and helpful so glad they have worker like him in the UPS section. I wad in and out quickly as well so thank you again.

I stopped into the Yorktown store today to try out a couple of office chairs and found one I liked. The associate at the front register, Susan, helped me purchase the chair (a heavily discounted floor model) and then helped me wrangle the fully assembled chair into my car. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at Staples, and I left with a beautiful, super comfy chair for extra long work days. Thank you, Susan!

Ms. Saquiah makes all the difference!

I have lived in Yorktown Heights for 25+ yrs and have been to this particular store many times for children's school supplies and projects. I have always found the store neat & clean and the staff willing to be helpful (most of the times). After all, is not this what one expects, why bother writing a five star review?

It is for Ms. Saquiah. If you happen to be dropping off a UPS package or need help with print services, you can't help but run into Ms. Saquiah. What an amazing person! Always smiling and always helpful with a super positive attitude focused on efficiency.

Most recently, I visited the store to get my son's tri-fold presentation printed. I gave wrong print dimensions which was not noticed until the day before his presentation. Thinking that the print dept. made an error, I called the store and happened to talk with Ms. Saquiah. She was super busy and told me she will call back in an hour which she did. It turns out the mistake was min and not the store's, however, she told me not to worry and drop by to re-print the presentation using correct dimensions. When I visited the store, she was busier than God, however, she welcomed me with a great smile. While working with another customer, she started my print job and had it ready in no time. It is extremely rare to come across individuals like her. I feel that her leadership has transformed the whole local Staples team.

I wish to congratulate the store owner and the management team for finding and hiring such a great asset. I hope she stays with the store forever.

Sequoia, Michael, William, and the rest of the staff provided me with exceptional service today. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always there quickly and ready to help. This is the golden standard for how retailers should conduct business with their customers.

Awesome service. Genevieve and Jack found the calculator I needed and were patient even with just a half hour to go before closing!

Went to have copies made and bound. Service was prompt and courteous. The Staples employee promised to call when the work was completed, and she did. My bound book was exactly as ordered, and the price was reasonable.

Ana in the printing/scanning department was amazing tonight! I came from Office Depot who was unable to scan a document for me. 20"x6.5'

Ana tried several times, cutting a new straightedge, rolling it the opposite way, everything possible to make it work. In about 5 minutes I was out there door. She successfully completed the scan. Thank you. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and courteous.

Most helpful associates I have had the pleasure of asking for shopping assistance with, in recent memory. Jackie and Nick at the copy and print center are execellent, making the experience as smooth and stress free as possible while making sure you get exactly what you're looking for. The service you rarely see in the industry these days.

The gentleman who helped us with a desk chair was very helpful & kind. My husband says the gentleman deserves a raise because he helped a customer.

Clean, tidy, small but has everything. The staff was very nice!! The person who helped me the most was named Nick, and the man at the register was also very kind. Good conversation.

Great selection of printers

The staff at printing center are great. They made a couple signs for an event I was preparing and they came out great.
